天寒地凍,想食辣驅寒。這家川菜館的餐牌,款式頗吸引,所以在此晚餐。手機點了二個小炒晚餐,二小食,二甜品,二飲品。套餐加配一涼菜和一炸物蒜泥白肉 & 韮菜餃子 二款都是紅色呀!蒜泥白肉 蒜泥混有炒過的辣椒花椒,辣中帶苦,但紅油的油香又真係好似成都四川那個香味。川式韮菜豬肉紅油水餃 這個紅色湯底的辣度比蒜泥白肉更高薑汁通菜 唯一不是紅色的菜色,但薑是辣的。薑汁配通菜,感覺很特別。豬油渣椰菜花 早已相中椰菜花,因為有豬油渣,炒出來的菜花應該很好味。這裡的鑊氣不太強,椰菜花沒有焦焦邊,拌鹹香醬汁,單食也很好味。乾身豬油渣沾上醬汁,拌飯一流。啤酒排骨 其實想食啤酒魚啤酒鴨,但此店沒有這種配搭,又不想食雞,唯有選排骨。枱面多個紅色辣菜之中,啤酒排骨最辣。碟裡有紅辣椒,青辣椒,花椒,還有青色的泡椒,辣味之中帶著酒的酯味。排骨都是帶骨的部位,容易咬。爆漿紅糖糍粑 2粒 剛炸起熱辣辣,口感粘粘糯糯。煙韌的糍粑包著熱燙的紅糖,要小心。桂花豆花涼粉另外加12蚊,跟餐配指定特飲,計落平dd,所以加二杯。黑糖桃膠鮮奶   少甜少冰  要解辣,用凍飲,用油脂奶類或甜的最見效。嚐過勁辣啤酒排骨,來一口冰凍的黑糖鮮

整體嚟講,我食左二次烏蠅館嘅食物味道係ok,但無論係牛肉,豬肉定土豆粉二次黎食都痴實埋一舊,真係好扣分,如果廚房肯花多幾秒整散佢地,我諗會變成好多人既飯堂黎。
