Francesco 睇個名以為法國,其實係意大利一個常用既名字,偉大球員托迪就係哩個名。見到哩個名,自然要食正宗嘅意大利野。 🍖近海地方一定要食海鮮,芝士焗蠔,新鮮蠔充滿海水味,同芝士嘅鹹香,互相輝映。白酒蜆肉,湯底除咗有白酒,最重要係洋蔥,蕃茄仔,同埋羅勒葉,配合蜆湯,非常之鮮味而且清新。兩樣野蠔肉同蜆肉都脹卜卜,鮮甜又嫩滑。 🍖肉將意粉,麵條質感啱啱好,絕對係al dente,而肉醬份量適中,撈勻之後,剛剛掛住每條麵條,所以我覺得特別忠於傳統,有時候港式嗰啲太多醬汁反而會破壞平衡。 🍖最後食左 Tiramisu,一開始酒嘅香味就首先衝入口腔,但係並冇蓋過mascarphone cheese同custard creamy既香滑,仲帶出兩者甜味。再加上唔手軟嘅可可粉,濃郁得黎唔會漏。 可以去點全部意大利嘅傳統菜式,但係其實呢度都有好多其他種類既好味食物,值得一黎。

這間食店一直有去開,食物質素一直保持高水平,價錢合宜,環境舒適闊落,傾計一流。不過有兩點可以改善下:1, 冷氣不足,街上天氣確實炎熱,但店內的氣溫比較焗,和經理反映過,他說沒有問題,他不查覺室內氣溫較焗。2, 經理服務態度:又未去到惡劣的程度,但不能視為優質服務。他落單時,沒有立即用紙記下,而是先用腦記。因此在落單過程中,要跟足他的先後次序。例如:要先叫哂頭盆(湯或沙律),然後再叫主菜,最後叫野飲。因為他要用腦記,所以要跟足他記憶的次序,不能調亂。我們也看出他要集中精神去記,十分認真和尊注,所以沒有任何笑容,也表現得相當嚴肅。其實我欣賞他去用腦記這個嘗試,因為用得腦多,可以減少腦退化。但相比起服務態度,我寧願他用紙筆去記,這樣大家可以輕鬆一些,他又無需要這麼嚴肅。

日本返嚟後超掛住西餐🤗特別係鵝肝見到奧運附近有呢一間The Francesco意大利餐廳有鵝肝食所以就試下佢!首先餐廳空間相當大相當寬敞坐得好舒服!❀鵝肝多士鵝肝即叫即煎 相當厚身!味道可口配合多士不會過分油膩!❀美國肉眼扒10安士燒汁配雜菜燒薯角五成熟剛剛好 若果吃得比較生的可以叫三成牛扒肉質鮮嫩 原汁原味 不會被調味蓋過了本來的味道 ❀ 魷魚鬚墨魚汁意大利飯 魷魚鬚出色 意大利飯份量剛剛好一般意大利飯都會偏硬 若果喜歡飯比較偏淋一點可以跟餐廳說聲唷
