其實呢一間位於山林道嘅星洲菜餐廳, 都已經開咗一段時間不過好嘅係長期人客都唔多。有一日經過附近, 見到完全唔需要等位, 因為一個人都冇, 門口貼著一啲雜誌嘅介紹, 就即管畀一次機會佢試下啦。 淨係睇餐牌的話, 正常人都會覺得唔會有問題啩 。只可惜事與願違咗。 我哋今次叫咗招牌嘅海南雞飯同埋另一個穩陣之選嘅巴東牛肉。 海南雞飯真心差過任何一間快餐店, 雞肉凍冰冰似係喺啱啱拎出嚟雞, 冇雞味都算數。 三款醬汁, 豉油有豉油味 , 辣椒醬只係一般樽裝辣椒醬貨色, 好難差得去邊嘅薑蓉竟然完全冇薑味 。雞油飯 只見油而不見香味, 但係一份海南雞飯竟然要90蚊有多, 真係嚇親人 。至於巴東牛肉, 唔辣就算數。唔知廚師加咗啲乜嘢古怪嘅香料, 掩蓋咗巴東牛肉應有嘅味道。 唔知係唔係因為牛肉唔夠新鮮, 所以要用香料掩蓋唔新鮮嘅味道, 但係都要七八十蚊一份 。結果兩個人食兩個主菜竟然食唔曬。 難怪呢一間星洲菜餐廳長久以來門堪羅雀。

第一次忍唔住寫食評,失望而回。話說上星期去山林道食日本菜,途經見到有間新開嘅星加坡餐廳。見到有星加坡肉骨茶,打算今日同老公去試。結果,一個完全冇記性上咗年紀嘅 Auntie 嚟落單。重重覆覆… 點解唔寫低 order, 但又記唔到。半隻海南雞,竟然冇雞翼。雞肉好「鞋」,又冇味。肉骨茶,完全冇味,得個辣字,$98 得兩條好鞋嘅排骨。試咗依兩樣,都知賴嘢。最奇怪嘅係,肉骨茶本來跟白飯,Auntie 話可以轉雞油飯,之後又漏咗,追完竟然另外收一個雞油飯嘅價錢。凍檸茶,完全冇味,唔明點解…其他都唔想再講,我唔會再幫襯。

除左喇沙米線,我同朋友仲揀左另一個主菜,新加坡肉骨茶🐖。肉骨茶有些少胡椒味,無藥材味🪻。6年無去新加坡🇸🇬,都唔記得果邊既肉骨茶特色係點🤔。湯泡飯唔錯,亦有油炸鬼粒可以蘸湯食🥠。
