這間店從前在筲箕灣東大街,後來遷往天后,店舖大了很多,還有兩層,下層添置了魚缸,每次也見到有新鮮的海產在裏面較為喜歡這店的魚生刺身,魚生很新鮮刺身溫度適中每次都有驚喜尤其魚類選擇比較多,每次也有不同的時令魚熟食方面會推介燒牛脷及豬手,前者牛味濃郁後者香脆Juice另外每次必點的就是煲仔飯,用上法國名牌鑄鐵鍋的煲仔飯,香味濃郁,加上醬汁後在面前翻炒,飄香的味道令你食指大動但可能處理魚生刺身的師傅較少,每次的上枱次序也有點混亂,通常未食生物熟食就已經上枱,這點有待改善💪

道北工房我和朋友想了很久在這裏吃晚餐,但看過價錢覺得幾貴,所以都沒有去。後來經過看見他有最新推出的半自助餐,而且價錢相當吸引,我們便本着就算質素沒有晚上那麼好,也值得一試的心理去了。半自助餐有魚生、凍蝦、生蠔、沙律、甜品、其他海鮮、拉麵🍜豆腐及其他日式食物任食。另外就是在五款主菜中選一款,我和朋友都選了牛扒,另外會自動送上半份龍蝦🦞這個主菜不算10分吸引,但也不算差。最吸引的最吸引的應該是任食生蠔,而且生蠔肥美新鮮,配搭檸檬汁, 10分惹味,我覺得只吃生蠔已經值回票價。何況我更可以任食其他的海鮮例如蝦、三文魚、八爪魚、等等。老實講,而家回想那餐覺得真係好抵,我相信好大機會再去!

朋友介紹天后這間新開的日本餐廳時,見到張傳單好吸引,逢星期六日的半自助餐,特價每位$220,餐廳分上下兩層,樓下有沙律,壽司,任取生蠔及冷盤,食物質素好像去左酒店咁,鋪得好靚的生文魚沙律,海鮮還有青口,大大隻海蝦,一碗碗日食前菜,壽司卷,還有迷你海膽魚生飯,手握壽司都有好多種類,約有5款,火炙墨魚、三文魚和吞拿魚等。冷盤還有煙火腿,醃製牛蒡,一個雪櫃放了沙律菜。主菜叫了香煎新鮮魚柳,賣相好像法國菜般,魚柳煎班金黃色,好香脆,肉質唔會散,味道好鮮甜,伴菜用了名貴嫩露荀,另外包了每人半邊芝士焗龍蝦,芝士醬內還有青椒粒,夠creamy,又唔溜,連埋龍蝦肉食好好味,龍蝦肉夠彈牙。另外樓上還有熱盤,有烤德國豬手,外皮好脆,還有中式蒸魚,服務員招待也非常好,雖然已棒住個肚,但繼續食埋甜品,有西式餅、啫喱杯同豆腐花,我選了啫喱杯,好滿足,真係值回票價,非一般的半自助餐得沙律吧,所有食材都好有質素。

週末約了朋友到天后的道北工房吃午市半自助餐。價錢來說一點也不貴,$220加一可任食生蠔、沙律吧等等!生蠔即叫即開,非常鮮甜,有海水味!我一個人吃了六隻,感覺已經回本!雖然是半自助餐,但其食物種類也很多,包括湯、沙律、水果、甜點等等。特別令我有驚喜的就是藜麥,因為很少自助餐可以享用得到。另外款款炸物都非常香脆可口,最令我欣賞的就是炸蝦天婦羅、咖喱角和芝士波波!主食選擇了原條燒牛肉,牛肉味香,肉汁多。配菜的薯條也十分香脆。芝士焗波士頓龍蝦非常大隻,有咬口,蝦膏又多,味道很讚!如果仍然覺得不夠飽,也可以到自助餐選區到揀選一些壽司、手卷等。想不到每人只需大約$250,便可在週末享受這輕鬆寫意的半自助午餐呢!

識食嘅朋友極度推介此餐廳,一於同朋友約好去試店員提供此手寫餐牌,介紹新鮮魚給我們,其中皮剝魚這名字令我們十分好奇。皮剝魚質感肉質柔嫩,廚師把皮剝魚的魚肝造成醬汁給我們作為點皮剝魚的醬,醬汁甘甜中帶鮮味,又帶有鹹鹹的味道,點上醬汁令味道完全提升。剩下的魚骨還用來做成湯。脆炸魚肉不會太油膩海膽意粉,海膽量十分多,可是嗅下去味道怪怪的,但是吃下去味道還不錯。牛仔骨,肉質十分鮮嫩,很juicy,肥瘦和熟成度剛剛好。鵝肝煲仔飯,光是配搭已很特別。店員在我們面前把材料攪拌起來。鵝肝飯攪拌一起後,不會太膩,而且有飯焦朋友介紹果然不錯
