📖 翻查資料, 酸菜魚起源於重慶, 近年香港興起. 早期有餐廳譯做 Sauerkraut Fish. 再查查, “百度” 對酸菜魚嘅介紹都係 Sauerkraut Fish, 十分有趣. Sauerkraut 其實係德文嚟, 解酸椰菜, 應該就係放喺鹹豬手側邊嘅配菜. 另一間酸菜魚舖 “廚十三” 就係用Sauerkraut Fish. 而家好多餐廳譯 Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage. “紅花匯” 譯 Poached Mandarin Fish Fillet with Pickled Mustard Greens.

今日懶懶哋做完按摩,本來諗住買雙餸飯,但啲餸一啲都唔吸引,於是就睇吓叫外賣送嚟我屋企唔使煩,近期都喜歡食辣,就川菜轆轆吓見到一間叫做紅花匯,有個酸辣火山骨,之前喺泰國嘢食過都係叫火山骨,我見佢$100都唔使就叫一個,原來嗌滿$120仲有折,所多個擔擔麵,我驚自己唔夠飽😆兩樣嘢加埋先至$120😆大概半個鐘外賣送到,打開見過火山骨同我之前食嘅差唔多,不過就係嗰條肉排短啲,有好多紅辣椒飲啖湯酸酸辣辣好惹味,每條肉排都好入味夠腍唔係好出色,擔擔面嚟到正常啲面係幼身好香花生醬味,個酸辣火山骨仲有一個白飯附送,食完非常滿意,必然有下次

今天約朋友食點心放題,要去9樓,環境與照片有很大落差已經很失望,一張小小的枱,靠窗不過拉上窗簾,打開發現好多雜物。我們準時1時去,雖侍應提醒今天人多要盡早落單,可是要等到1:45先至開始有所訂的點心。期間侍應怕我們無嘢食,給予其他我哋無點嘅點心頂住,不過竟然係凍咗無人食的點心。其後陸續上菜,但蘿蔔絲酥完全是凍嘅,菜心也是凍的。。。芝士長春卷也變成「冷盤」,仲要好咸,椒鹽魷魚鬚當然是凍,但竟然完全沒有椒鹽味。。。最後我哋食不下去,放題係完全搵笨,因為等到您無時間食,而且其間任佢哋上點心,不如下次推點心車仔好過喇,而且要返工都無時間等咁耐,結果都無乜點食,根本就唔係放題,仲要收足咁多錢,實在係一家完全不負責任的餐館(雖然侍應都有唔好意思)。

椒汁鮑魚、椒汁黃金皮蛋、金磚七味豆腐
椒汁入口非常惹味,但不能夠否認辣味都幾強和入味,是非常開胃的前菜

不辣之選:口水雞、炒菜,吐嚕肉,黑松露蝦仁炒蛋,招牌鹵水鵝片拼盤
吐嚕肉的出現,是讓大家的舌頭得到安慰,也提供不少選擇

之前我曾造訪過這家店,味道真的非常好。在過年前,我與家人再度來到這裡,享用了他們的招牌菜「賀年餐」。果然如外界所傳,真的不同尋常,完全沒有讓我失望,越吃越覺得美味無比。我特地點了一個套餐,前菜是「美味到不得了的龍蝦刺身撈起」,色香味俱佳,令人垂涎三尺。主菜包括潮式豆醬焗膏蟹,蟹肉細嫩,配上豆醬的香氣,令人回味無窮;酸辣火山骨,燉煮得夠淋身入味,輕易拆骨,再加上特制的泰式酸辣醬汁,辛辣中帶有酸甜,味道超級濃厚,但辣度也不容小覷,吃到後段嘴唇也有一點微麻。除此之外,套餐還包括清蒸海星班、秘制鹽香雞,肉質細嫩滑潤,每一塊肉都散發出鹽香的風味,醃製得恰到好處。主食是「龍蝦頭抓粥」,粥品充分吸收了龍蝦的鮮味,美味可口。最令人印象深刻的甜品是「薑汁湯圓」,湯圓皮薄餡足,口感Q彈,再配上薑汁的香氣,完美地為這一餐劃下完美的句點。一家人在餐桌旁圍坐著,一邊享用著年菜,一邊聊聊家事,這樣的氛圍讓我們彼此的感情更加深厚。這次的美食之旅,不僅讓我們享受到了味蕾的盛宴,也讓我們的家庭關係更加和睦融洽。
