To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次慶祝節日都搵間有景睇既餐廳，所以就去左呢間餐廳。102樓望落去既維港的確好靚，加上訂了8點鐘，有幻彩詠香江陪伴我地。近窗邊既檯會有一張L型既梳化，所以坐得好舒服。 我地叫左牛扒同三文治，可能因為我地掛住影相，三文治都凍左，而牛叫左3成，但其實煮出黎係5成，但味道很好，而且份量都幾大。唯一可以改善既係餐包如果是熱的比較好，有3款餐包，2款非常硬，1款偏軟但係凍的。 如果是下次再黎，我會選擇飲野傾計，因為佢地既cocktail同白酒好多選擇，同味道唔錯。

Ritz Carlton酒店出名就係人都知，102樓嘅大堂酒廊，聽過人講環境同嘢食都好好，所以襯特別日子，同愛人一齊去撐檯腳。夜晚去環境好浪漫好舒服，記住一定要request坐窗口位，咁先可以望到維港美景嘆野食。我揀左T骨嘅steak set，另外仲有7款嘅配菜可以任refill，有蕃茄仔、薯蓉、薯條、茄子、沙律、芝士通心粉等，唔洗驚唔夠飽，塊扒好大塊好抵食，味道係掂嫁。同埋服務都好好，啲侍應好貼心。埋單$1000有找，真係性價比高！冇得輸！

102樓高既餐廳🍴係窗邊望出去真係特別靚！可惜個天灰灰蒙蒙甘～不過想坐窗邊既人真係要有自知自明，因為呢到既設計有少少奇怪，係一張2人位fix死既沙發面向窗邊，同桌子有一段距離，假如腿短少少既，應該會食得好辛苦呢款三層架幾好，方便拎野食之餘，影相仲好靚👅咸點分別係松露蛋沙律軟包、蝦青瓜三文治、燒牛肉火箭菜三文治、煙三文魚迷你牛角包～4樣味道都唔錯，配搭偏飽肚+略嫌欠驚喜。中層甜點賣相幾好，朱古力蛋糕用金箔點綴，味道柔順唔死甜，配茶嘆好夾！底層除左例牌scones 仲有件冧酒雜果蛋糕，個人唔鐘意呢種濕潤口感同冧酒既味道。

生日聚會、約會好去處。晚餐時候去的，服務非常好，當時預約了window seat，去的時候後正好夕陽西下，所以景色美極了。就食物本身來說，一般般，但是約會已經不僅僅要考慮到食物，更是氛圍。所以本次就餐非常滿意，室內非常安靜，有情調，尤其忍不住再強調一下，景色真的非常美。我覺得配上這裏的美景和服務，價錢和食物質素就算稍微有點偏差，也是很合理的。如果是單純爲了好吃或好喝的，這裏也自然不會是first choice。

      We had my birthday dinner with my family. Food menu is simple and goes well with any wine you want to to drink. The latest lightning and whole ambience is romantic with beautiful view of hk island. Amazing chandeliers and exquisite collection of wine wows me. Staff are very friendly. They don’t bother you when you’re savoring your meal. They know exactly when you need them. Our steak was cooked perfect. Side dish is actually big portions.Thank you very much we had a great night.

      其實牛排sauce 人地只可以選擇一款但係我又真係選擇唔到, server好好話每樣都俾Ｄ我試下, 下次就唔洗再苦惱. 好好呀!!!

      Other Info. : 如果唔係真係好想睇境就未必會想坐window side table! 因為坐得好辛苦, 枱太高而坐既位又太低.
