To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

女朋友生日，梗係要揀一間靚靚嘅餐廳比佢一個難忘嘅晚上。睇左好多地方最後我就決定揀Ritz Carlton呢個大堂酒廊，睇人Comment環境同嘢食都好好。可能係閒日嘅關係，上到去冇乜人，同包場冇分別。環境好舒適優雅，坐窗口位仲可以超靚角度望到維港景色，侍應都好好俾我哋揀位。我哋叫咗一個steak set, 叫左塊T骨，其他有幾兜仔配菜可以任refill。塊扒都夠大，兩個人都夠食有突。略嫌熟左少少，但味道係唔錯嘅。嗰幾兜仔配菜有薯條、沙律、芝士通心粉等等，細細兜可以喺佢凍哂之前就食完再去refill，都唔錯最後叫咗個甜品同女友吹蠟燭，但係生日牌寫漏左字，最後個經理為表歉意，free左個蛋糕，呢個係我估唔到嘅兩個人，咁嘅景色，好好嘅服務，唔錯嘅食物，埋單都唔算好貴，甚至可以話幾抵，可以再戰
