Went to this Chinese resto to yum cha with my previous tutor student and her mom. .We ordered the following dishes to share:-Marinated Goose Webs & WingsThe goose webs were cool and quite savoury, easy to bite into. -Crispy Pork BellyThe Pork Belly had a crispy skin, with a balanced portion of meat and skin. -Signature Shrimp Dumplings The shrimps were meaty and fresh, but the skin was slightly thick. -Soup DumplingsThe dumplings were filled with hot, non-greasy soup. The skin was a bit thick though. -Deep-fried Shrimp Spring Rolls Wrapped in Rice RollsThe spring rolls in the rice rolls were delightfully crunchy, with the shrimp adding more layers of flavour. -Steamed Pork with Shrimp & Black Truffle DumplingsThe dumplings were mouthful and satisfying. The aroma of the black truffle was not that apparent though. -Birthday BunFilled with hot lotus paste, the bun's soft skin paired well with the filling. -Fried Rice with Abalone & Chicken The rice had a nice texture and aroma, great wok hei, and complemented the chicken and abalone well. .The prices of the food were on the higher side. The air-conditioning of the resto seemed not functioning well, so it was a bit hot when we were having lunch.

滿心期待，放假終於有機會親身嚟食鮑魚酥：一般般黑松露豬肉燒賣：食食吓發現點解有啲嘢咬唔到，一lur出嚟原來係生嘅，後悔冇影到相，然後經理就即刻拎走咗，連碟都幫我換埋，友人仲已經吞左炸魷魚鬚：勁厚粉勁油豬膶腸粉、鮮蝦豆苗餃：都一般般，唔太特別，豬潤買豬潤腸粉還腸粉，唔係好夾，豆苗餃個皮有啲厚人手唔夠，得幾台人都要等好耐先有侍應過嚟收貴價價錢，仲衰過普通嘅酒樓質素奉勸大家唔好去，除非你想食刺身燒賣🍣

食物整體質素都吾錯 中規中矩 但其中職員服務態度差 唔講以為我食緊大排檔 果位女職員身穿黑色西裝白恤衫 應該唔係普通送菜員。我覺得算在酒店內的餐廳食飯 呢種質素嘅服務態度太令人感到失望。就算食物好食 都未必會再光顧

安靜舒服嘅中式酒樓吃團年飯，座無虛席，2樓有婚宴，座位安排了在3樓，可能因為婚宴，員工唔夠，睇到佢哋好忙，但服務也不錯第一次去，見到有套餐，晚餐每人大概300多元，經濟實惠，味道很好，極推介片皮鴨
