連續數天午餐都留在公司食沙律,見到菜都開始反胃的我,要偷偷吃頓邪惡的喜喜冰室裝修刻意復古,三四十年前既玩具盡掛牆上。電視播的不是午間新聞而是重播着我未出世時製作的電視節目。既是常客,基本我都不看餐牌。「三寶飯、凍檸茶!」急不及待的我沒有等待侍應開口。叉燒、煎蛋、午餐肉,如果這是回家吃飯的菜式,可能你會悶納得整晚不能入睡。「天堂呀!」吃了七八天青瓜的小弟衝口而出。煎蛋蛋黃有光澤得反光,彈下彈下。叉子一下將蛋黃弄穿,蛋黃慢慢由上而下流入飯上。叉燒偏瘦,雖然不及半肥香口,但也製造一個不錯的藉口游說自己都不是太邪惡餐肉有肥有瘦,表面似附有一層薄薄砂糖煎香,入口帶甜味。整碗肥飯你以爲就是這樣嗎?成碗飯既精髓正正是不起眼既豉油。豉油不但唔太鹹,反而是帶甜味,應該落糖煎香煎熱,麻甩佬用黎大啖大啖送飯,一樂也。飯食完了,接著兩星期繼續乖乖吃青瓜。

叉燒、煎蛋、午餐肉,如果這是回家吃飯的菜式,可能你會悶納得整晚不能入睡。「天堂呀!」吃了七八天青瓜的小弟衝口而出。

    鸡批浮台:所谓浮台,是指把鸡批放在青豆茸汤上面,青绿色的汤搭上酥黄的圆饼,卖相绝对高分。青豆茸汤带着淡淡的青豆味,鸡批味道也OK,就是不知为何,这两样单独来说都不错的东西混在一起吃感觉就有点奇怪了。   香蕉克戟:圆饼从形状到味道都像铜锣烧,上面撒着的是香蕉和核桃,亮点是下面的甜酱调得很好,很合我的胃口,甜度适中,夹杂着淡淡的焦糖味。     黑白多士:喜喜冰室还有另一特色就是黑白多士,别人的多士都是涂上花生酱或者炼奶,它家则是涂上一层黑色的芝麻酱,再用炼奶在上面画上一个“囍”字,够特别,味道OK,但是就是有点腻,这是西多士的通病。

批皮脆脆, 內裡夠熱, 有雞肉粒~ 開頭以為好溜, 但原本配湯一D都唔溜! 青豆湯好濃, 食到有豆蓉~ 我幾鍾意飲!

常餐評分:🌟🌟-最鍾意食早餐既我,食唔到早餐,唯有就食常餐。本來係叉燒意粉,但冇哂叉燒,轉左厚火腿都唔錯,但湯意整體一般。至於火腿炒蛋都算滑,而且有配料唔會寡,但牛油方包唔算脆牛油都唔算香,所以整體都係一般。總而言之,整體都係一般,因為更出色的大有人在,只可說是銅鑼灣茶記既一個選擇。
