要在中環吃精緻的川滬菜店不多,不過最近開業的木子園卻令人期待,木子園裝潢典雅,餐點高水準,驚艷我們的視覺及味覺,絕對是適合聚餐的新選擇。紹興酒糟醉雞釀製超過一天,醉雞以慢煮方式使用紹興酒糟、中藥入饌,令雞肉滑嫩,引出甘甜,紹興酒帶出的清香相當討喜。紹興酒糟醉雞每一件都很入味,雞皮彈滑不油膩,每一口咬下都爆出肉汁,紹興酒糟醉雞保有本身細膩的鮮嫩。松子桂花魚視覺效果滿分,味道也很不賴,全桌呼聲最高的一道菜。端上桌時一整條完整的桂花魚,一看就知道炸功肯定不簡單,能夠完好如初多厲害,然後店員平均地片開,真是一絕。松子桂花魚一夾就是一整片,外脆內細緻,糖醋酸甜不膩口,非常涮嘴。蔥爆牛肩肉因為加入不少大蔥和洋蔥,在柔嫩中吃得出清脆的口感,牛肩肉還蠻嫩口的,嚼感挺不錯,大火快炒讓牛肩肉保持嫩度,加上細心的調味,蔥爆牛肩肉嚐起來噴香細滑又下飯,沒三兩下就吃個精光。木子園的紅油抄手也是店內人氣品項,抄手皮薄肉餡香,小巧可愛,木子園的調味醬辣中帶麻香,辣度算是比較溫和,並可以吃到豬肉內餡的鮮香,紅油抄手撒上芝麻、蔥花,一起入口超級棒。荸薺餅都是現做的,現炸的甜品最好吃,金黃的荸薺餅圓圓的沾滿芝麻,有夠可愛

松子桂花魚視覺效果滿分,味道也很不賴,全桌呼聲最高的一道菜。端上桌時一整條完整的桂花魚,一看就知道炸功肯定不簡單,能夠完好如初多厲害,然後店員平均地片開,真是一絕。松子桂花魚一夾就是一整片,外脆內細緻,糖醋酸甜不膩口,非常涮嘴。

蔥爆牛肩肉因為加入不少大蔥和洋蔥,在柔嫩中吃得出清脆的口感,牛肩肉還蠻嫩口的,嚼感挺不錯,大火快炒讓牛肩肉保持嫩度,加上細心的調味,蔥爆牛肩肉嚐起來噴香細滑又下飯,沒三兩下就吃個精光。

木子園的紅油抄手也是店內人氣品項,抄手皮薄肉餡香,小巧可愛,木子園的調味醬辣中帶麻香,辣度算是比較溫和,並可以吃到豬肉內餡的鮮香,紅油抄手撒上芝麻、蔥花,一起入口超級棒。

荸薺餅都是現做的,現炸的甜品最好吃,金黃的荸薺餅圓圓的沾滿芝麻,有夠可愛,裡面盡是荸薺內餡,愛荸薺的千萬不要錯過,荸薺餅外脆脆,內軟糯爽甜,十分可口,真的會一個接一個停不下來。

呢間中菜館就係中環街市隔離 The L Place 。如果你行過門口,已經有好靚既吊椅打咭位,裡面有花花樹,裝修又精綴,睇埋 bar 枱位,真係估唔到係食中菜。醉雞,酸菜魚,小籠包,多款新派川菜比你揀,真係唔係淨係得打咭。灌湯小籠包 $98多汁飽滿,湯汁清甜,六件小籠包開心過得四件。紹興酒糟醉雞 $88醉雞係幾有驚喜,雞肉鮮嫩,散發出紹興酒香,心醉人不醉。酸菜魚 $288酸菜魚上枱大得很,唔係淨係隻碟巨型,份量都唔講得少。除咗大量鮮嫩魚肉,最驚喜係大量幼薯粉,仲有豆卜,腐皮,雲耳等配料,二人食都夠做。而酸菜魚湯走金湯路線,酸,麻,辣平衡得幾好。聽聞佢有個午市半自助餐,有任食北京填鴨,應該好易回本。

酸菜魚上枱大得很,唔係淨係隻碟巨型,份量都唔講得少。除咗大量鮮嫩魚肉,最驚喜係大量幼薯粉,仲有豆卜,腐皮,雲耳等配料,二人食都夠做。而酸菜魚湯走金湯路線,酸,麻,辣平衡得幾好。

聽聞佢有個午市半自助餐,有任食北京填鴨,應該好易回本。

另外朋友點嘅鹹蛋蝦球都幾好,孜然羊肋排好有深圳嘅那種地道味覺,還有宮保雞丁都好好送飯,只不過實在太飽,食唔到好多嘢,食完呢度都幾有興趣試吓呢度嘅晚餐。

今日嚟上環呢間「木子園」食京川菜,環境相當舒適,裝修打破傳統中菜裝修,採用清新木系風格,仲搭配酒吧相當創新,連餐牌嘅設計都相當用心~ 我今次叫咗$488二人套餐~杏桃茶呢度有多款清新嘅花茶選擇,呢款杏桃茶帶有香濃嘅果香,入口清新,消滯解膩~ 四喜烤麩呢款開胃小食用咗香菇、冬筍、木耳、豆腐乾,味道香甜,帶有濃郁嘅豆味同菇香,仲有木耳嘅爽脆~ 魚子醬流心蛋糖心蛋糖心效果恰到好處,蛋味香濃,配上鮮味魚子醬好精緻~蟹肉粟米羮暖笠笠,質感同濃稠度恰到好處,中間帶有蟹肉同粟米嘅鮮甜味~ 椒鹽小黃魚小黃魚外面炸得香脆,裏面肉質鮮嫩,細骨都炸到脆卜卜可以食落肚~宮爆雞丁炒得好香,見到咁多辣椒以為好辣,原來呢隻辣椒係香多過辣,香辣中間帶酸甜,加埋花生非常惹味~上湯菜心菜心翠綠爽脆,配上湯可以平衡肉嘅油膩感蒸花素餃裏面有木耳、香菇、粉絲等餡料,皮薄餡靚~ 整體食物質素不錯,員工服務態度非常周到細心,會主動幫客人添茶及介紹菜式,環境舒適寬敞。

香口點心雖然不是即叫即炸但是香脆度保持得不錯!蒜香蝦春卷尤其吃得到那香脆口感,內裏還有滿滿的彈牙蝦肉喜歡香口點心必吃,另外叉燒焗餐包和炸小饅頭表現也不俗。

冷盤的四款前菜也不是省油燈!紹興酒糟醉雞帶有酒香之餘肉質很嫩滑,四喜烤麩吸飽鹹甜醬汁吃起來口感有勁,鴨胸沙律啖啖肉加上新鮮沙律菜好清新,最後還有醋香十足的酸爽青瓜雲耳,用來解膩消滯非常適合。

我們點上紅油抄手、珍寶蝦餃皇、蟹籽燒賣、灌湯小籠包、豉味鳳爪、魚肚四寶雞扎、陳皮牛肉球、蘿蔔糕及珍珠雞,點心質素平均很多款也能討我歡心!最推介的是珍寶蝦餃皇和魚肚四寶雞扎,甜味點心包括有紫薯包和香甜不膩的馬拉糕,兩款也是水準之作好好吃喔。

吃了美味的北京填鴨來到品嚐主食喇!餐牌足足有15款主食可以選擇,而我們選了茶樹菇上湯小豆苗、宮爆雞丁及鹹蛋蝦球,這兒的主菜跟我們吃晚餐的份量相同,所以這個價錢來說真的非常超值,茶樹菇上湯小豆苗感覺很清爽,那濃濃的上湯真的非常夠味,配上煙靭的茶樹菇和香口蒜子味道清而不寡很可口。

最後當然還有任吃甜品!選擇只有兩款包括是生磨蛋白杏仁茶和楊枝甘露,蛋白杏仁茶不是我杯茶所以沒辦法為大家品嚐!

而這個楊枝甘露我則非常推介!芒果味很香濃內裏有不少柚子肉非常足料,而且還有一球芒果雪糕令成件事來得更加吸引。
