朋友介紹話呢間店唔錯，今日順路經過過來食個lunch，點左順德骨香桂魚卷和欖菜肉碎炒飯，桂魚卷啲魚肉好嫩滑，味道唔錯，個炒飯好香，欖菜的香味比較濃，炒飯粒粒分明，而且調味恰到好處，唔會覺得鹹，整體上覺得可以。 continue reading

    到特韵飯店吃飯，一定要多人，還有就是預先訂菜，必定能夠吃得很滿足。之前同屋企人到特韵食飯，特別訂了千錘百鍊雞比佢地試下。千錘百鍊雞做得非常好，真的超好吃，聽經理講才知道原來製作過程非常複雜，醃八小時之後蒸至兩成熟，然後煙燻至八成熟，最後以豉油皇焗至全熟，上桌時散發著濃濃的煙燻香味，肉質嫩滑，絕不肥膩，除了煙燻香味，還有豉油皇的香甜極富層次感，全桌人也大讚好吃。我最喜歡黃金明珠肉餅，蒸水蛋之中是一座寶塔形狀的肉餅，頂上是一個咸蛋黃。蒸水蛋配以肉餅，加上咸蛋黃，配合得非常好，好味道最估唔道既係特韵自製的合桃酥，熱辣辣，鬆化少甜，也很不錯。一個值得再去的地方。 continue reading
