在旺角逛完模型店,剛好到了晚餐時間,便到了附近的越滿食越南菜。喜歡它色彩繽紛的店面設計,未吃單看著牆壁的卡通畫已感覺心情開朗。今晚點了日本和牛湯河、燒蠔(蒜蓉和青檸汁)、馬拉盞炒通菜、蔗蝦、咸檸梳打和椰青。難得有日本和牛這個比較特別的選擇,所以沒有懸念便點了。和牛可以清楚看到雪花的紋理,入口有濃厚的油香,貨真價實的好味道。燒蠔的四隻蠔都非常肥美,青檸汁燒蠔味道清淡,蠔的鮮味更突出。個人比較喜歡蒜蓉燒的味道,有點點牛油相伴,所以更加惹味。蔗蝦的蝦膠非常彈牙好吃,令人停不了口。老公是第一次食蔗蝦也覺得很好吃😋馬拉盞炒通菜比較平常更有魚香,辛辣味則較輕。椰青相信由於新鮮的緣故,鮮甜好喝,連椰肉也很滑。除了食物非常夠水準,店員的服務也很好,態度有禮貌,回應也勤快,值得一讚😄

朋友話想試就一齊嚟咗食呢間越南嘢,其實旺角區都有好多選擇,突然想食越南嘢就搵到嚟呢度 餐廳裝修比較似新式茶餐廳,入面充滿咗卡通嘅牆身,都裝修得幾得意。我哋叫咗軟殼蟹咖哩,個樣整得好靚,賣相非常好。軟殼蟹一早放入咖喱入面,仲有少少脆,咖哩味都算香,但係我個人就覺得濃味咗少少,偏鹹。咖哩配法包,法包新鮮焗起非常香脆燒蠔佢有幾款味道,我哋揀咗喇沙味同埋蒜蓉味蒜蓉味比較香口,我覺得蒜蓉味比較好味而喇沙味就比較特別,未試過食喇沙味焗蠔,效果又唔錯喎。啲蠔好新鮮大大隻咬,落去好厚肉,所以我覺得呢個好食越南蔗蝦,宜家唔係度度地方都有,所以叫咗一碟嚟試。一碟有四件,大大舊脹卜卜,新鮮整起 大都幾好味,如果蝦肉再彈牙啲就好喇叫咗個粉湯底比較清,但係配料幾多。特別係 牛舌好爽口叫咗蝦餅, 炸得幾金黃,賣相唔錯,都幾脆,如果蝦肉再彈牙口感會更好。餐廳有散叫,亦有套餐,都幾多選擇而且唔算貴。

今日星期六同兩個朋友去開旺角, 四圍都係人, 又唔想食譚仔, 有人提意去食越南野~ 我突然醒起係洗衣街水務局對面, 近排開咗間餐廳有間叫"越滿" 主打係食越南野既餐廳, 成日睇雜誌都有介紹過下佢~ 話佢幾好食, 想試好耐, 今晚就試下佢啦~ 上到去間野都幾大間, 7成入座, 有卡位的~ 坐得幾舒服~哩間越南菜餐廳格調好新穎,無論係餐牌或牆身都有公仔圖,充滿食慾既風格!睇下餐版又唔費喎~我同朋友一人揀左一碗湯河,朋友就揀日本和牛湯河,真識食,和牛皮薄好味。我就揀左牛丸湯河,牛丸夠彈牙,湯河份量大碗,河粉幼身湯底清甜。小食方面揀左四款越式串燒拼盤,有雞、牛,豬、豬肉腸,點住沙嗲醬來食,非常入味可口。另外點左庶蝦四件,馬拉盏通菜及咖哩牛腩+法包。庶蝦大件抵食,通菜份量多,咖哩牛腩咖哩夠晒入味,而且用慢火暖住,可以慢慢食,唔怕變凍!唔叫係捐失~~ 正~ 值得推介~ GOOD~

今日收工約咗朋友食飯,佢話同我去食越南菜,我梗係話好啦,大約七點鐘去到,已經坐左八成枱,好彩都唔使等😌,入到去環境尚算唔錯,服務員亦都好好禮貌1)蕃茄牛肉湯河粉,湯底非常濃郁,牛肉亦都好腍同埋有肉味👍🏻,2)越滿五寶河粉,湯底濃郁,牛腩同牛展好腍,亦都非常入味,3)燒蠔(4隻),佢有兩個味道,一個係青檸,我個人比較喜歡呢一個味道,酸酸地好好味,而另一個味道係喇沙,喇沙嘅將上面再加左花生🥜,好嘢味,但最緊要嘅係,啲蠔好新鮮👍🏻,4)馬拉盞炒椰菜苗,味道剛剛好,又不會太鹹👍🏻,5)香茅豬扒,不過不失,整體來講價錢合理,味道不錯👌🏻
