大年初三,梗係食好啲啦,我終於帶咗另一半👨🏻去呢一間歷史悠久嘅扒房,我奇怪佢竟然冇去過,今日終於試到啦。佢叫咗紐西蘭🥩肉眼,本身肉質偏淋,牛味略嫌淡咗少少🤏🏽,薯條🍟份量偏多,仲有好多三色豆。而個羅宋湯🥣係最出色嘅,飲落去有少少🌶️辣辣地,幾特別。

我就叫咗🐷🐮🐔雜扒餐,入邊嘅牛扒肉質偏實,豬扒整得過火🔥少少,最好食係個雞扒。我細細個已經好鍾意食雜扒,因為覺得好豐富,又有腸仔又有火腿又有煙肉🥓,乜都有啲🥰好開心,如果要食返舊式扒房嘅味道,不妨可以嚟試一試。

呢日喺旺角開會開到好夜,收工嘅時候好多鋪頭都已經閂咗門,於是趕緊最後衝刺,去咗一間收得比較夜嘅扒房,呢間扒房係一間好傳統嘅校扒房,睇個樣應該開咗幾十年,有啲殘舊嘅裝修,再加埋資深嘅貨夥記,就知道佢有返咁上下歷史。不過相比起好多扒房連鎖店呢間嘅扒都算幾好味,鐵板嘅選擇唔多,我哋幾個同事宜就嗌咗唔同款式,有西冷扒啦 、肉眼扒啦、鑊仔牛柳啦等等 ,幾種扒食落真係唔同味嘅,同好多扒房唔同,有啲其他扒房呢,唔同嘅扒食落去味道其實差唔多 ,但係佢真係做得到肉眼就比較多脂肪,鑊仔牛尾就比較重牛味,西冷就比較爽 ,仲有個羅宋湯都做得唔錯,薯條都脆,可惜係環境比較殘舊啲,夥記亦都比較有性格,不過如果想平平哋食個扒都係唔錯嘅選擇。

今日出開去旺角太子附近買嘢,經過始創中心附近,抬頭見到第尾牛扒嘅綠色招牌,見行到攰又有啲肚餓,於是決定今晚上去鋸扒做晚餐。可能係晚飯時間,上到去已經坐冇虛席,外面仲要有10至8人等緊位。幸好都係等左15mins就可以入座。食得呢間餐廳當然係要叫鐵板餐啦,我地叫左一個什扒餐同一個牛柳餐,味道同份量都十足,唯一美中不足嘅係杯飲品細杯啲,不過埋單唔駛300蚊,兩個人食到好飽,已經值得遲啲再番黎encore。

最後一杯凍檸檬茶就沒有甚麼特別。食身午餐整體感覺只是一般。

Long time no come for 第尾牛扒.We ordered two steaks on sizzling plates. One was eye fillet with black pepper sauce and another one was sirloin steaks in garlic sauce. The steak was tasteless and texture was a bit weird however it's good to come back for childwood memories.By the way, their vegie soup and bun are still nice as the old times.Happy to come back again for memories.

今日同事帶我去lunch,話去鋸扒喎,咁就遷就下佢一齊去試吓。上到去已經見到企門口個位啊姐西口西面,地方殘夠不在話下,見一場嚟到照叫左個午餐,黑椒汁肉眼牛扒配飯($57),附送餐飲餐湯。個餐湯係羅宋湯,OK嘅,味道算係咁。一上到主菜時,明明叫咗少飯都仲係大大碟。真心唔想浪費,但係真係食唔晒。講返佢個牛扒,絕對唔係平時食開超市買開的牛扒質地。似存放咗好耐,有一小陣雪味,用左黑椒汁遮蓋到大部份雪味,其中有一塊就完全咬唔開。老實講呢個價位我唔會有咩期望,但係啲侍應態度好差。俾錢時又收返客人張收據,我埋咗單你比收據我唔係好合理咩?做咩要主動收返呢?仲要黑我面!呢啲餐廳真係唔會再去!

第三次來食第尾牛扒,星期六反而人不多,可以坐卡位,幾舒服。羅宋湯非常足料,酸味好足夠,好味。牛扒大大份,佔據整塊鐵板,熱辣辣,底下還有薯菜,黑椒汁在鐵板上吱吱響,冒著熱,飄著陣陣黑椒香氣。牛扒軟淋,一點都不韌,好食。有湯,有飲品,一個鐵板扒套餐只需$72,抵食!

起碼7年無黎過,八點幾上到黎都爆曬場,今時今日咁既疫市仲可以做到咁堅犀利。西多好似屋企整嗰啲,賣相太普通,只因有最低消費先叫,毫不特別,糖漿瓶無乜剩,勁難倒,入面花生醬又好少咁,正正常常。肉眼扒餐紅湯好多料,質感中規中矩,少少酸甜好醒神,唔大碟。餐包細細,都幾傳統,普普通通,都夠zip下牙。鐵板叫蒜汁,難得薯條濕完都仲好脆,出色。扒五成熟仲好粉嫩,肉幾好,唔肥,份量一個女仔都輕鬆駕馭。唔怪得咁多客,有人一個都黎食。紅豆🫘冰紅豆幾淋,味道幾唔錯。雖然冇乜服務,但平過旁邊嗰間一半,都係因為窮先食,亦是回味老扒房的一餐。情侶拍拖的話幾懷舊古典下,可以再去。
