又又又要上堂啦,仲要上到10點,梗係要食埋飯先,係謝斐道都有好幾間野食,見到呢間食泰菜試下都好。好,坐低睇下有咩好食先。泰式香葉辣肉碎炒飯,個飯幾香,飯粒金香飽滿,每粒均勻上色有辣肉碎、豆角 、金不換,食落咸香辣,好惹味,而且份量都唔少。我自己一個食就夠晒有找,下次搵多個fd,一齊share,就可以試埋個海南雞飯,都好似好好味咁。飲品就叫咗菊花蜜,暖笠笠,飲埋呢個菊花蜜甜甜地,好清甜解燥,食完炒飯就啱晒啦!

近月日日外出食午飯, 發現好多小型食肆都開始覺悟了, 除咗要有一定的食物品質外, 還要有好的服務態度, 否則根本不可能跟深圳競爭, 再加上現在的兩餸一飯店舖越開越多, 連發哥都食, 可知質素不差, 話題叉得太遠了,  言歸正轉, 講返今日早食鳥所選的泰國簡單廚房先, 泰國簡單廚房位於灣仔地鐵站附近, 十分就腳, 午餐價錢也十分親民, Lunch set 連飲品60~70多元, 還可以加$20附加泰式小食, 重點係負責的食檯那位小妹十分敬業樂業, 待客鬆容有禮, 讚! 12:00入座, 食店己坐滿人了, 不太好意思影相, 食店環境光猛整潔, 食物以泰式食品為主, 取價會理。泰式奶茶  ($3/跟餐)茶味香濃, 口感柔滑, 淡淡的茶花香, 個人喜歡飲泰式奶茶多於港式。泰式無骨海南雞飯 ($70)擺設肯花心思, 黃薑油雞飯粒粒分明, 咸香口感好, 雞飯水份夠, 唔硬, 海南雞浸得剛剛熟, 近骨位的雞肉喜見粉紅色, 肉質非常嫩滑, 拈泰式酸香薑蒜醬伴食, 滋味無窮, 蘿蔔清雞湯夠火喉, 好清甜的, 不馬夫炸蝦餅2件 ($20追加)彈牙香口, 配泰式甜酸醬如虎添翼, 酸酸甜甜又辣辣地, 開胃香口

不用一百埋單有如此食物及服務質素, 香港食店有希望, 香港加油。

今日同朋友去完電腦中心買電腦軟件, 買完就去搵下有咩泰國菜餐廳, 我之前都係灣仔試過兩間, 朋友話我知呢間就新開無幾耐, 所以都黎試下, 餐廳有卡位和長枱座位, 座位都很舒適, 黎到已經見到有外國食客係度進餐, 食得很開心!*蝦餅~冬甩蝦餅很可愛, 仲要超厚身, 炸到金黃色,炸粉不會厚, 很脆,裡面蝦膠好彈彈的,幾好食*泰式炒金邊粉(加蝦)~金邊粉炒至適中, 不會過腍, 好怕食到好腍的金邊粉, 要煙煙靭靭先好食, 加埋花生粉和辣椒粉, 蝦米仔, 豆乾, 撈埋一齊食, 很惹味, 大蝦都好爽口, 有蝦味~*飛天通菜~通菜新鮮, 用了一種圓餅狀的馬拉盞一起炒,這種馬拉盞顏色比較淺,鹽度比較低,而味道略淡一點,不會過咸, 仲有微辣, 我喜歡飲品叫了青檸梳打和椰汁冰, 很清新解渴~簡簡單單就很幸福了~
