這間位於柴灣本街街市的The Vigor,主打意粉、焗飯及炸物小食,五十幾蚊起有交易,全部即叫即炒,新鮮熱辣。冬蔭公豬頸肉炒意粉意粉加了冬蔭公醬汁,所以帶點酸辣的泰式風味,豬頸肉爽口,十分惹味。肥牛炒烏冬烏冬有些肥牛油脂,肥牛肉不會太多肥膏,十分有鑊氣,烏冬爽滑。鮮茄焗豬扒意粉表面舖滿了茄蓉汁,意粉不會太腍,豬扒厚薄適中,而且醃得入味。吉列魚柳牛角包吉列魚柳炸至金黃香脆,牛角包酥脆,下午茶食返件剛好。
