To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同長輩行山後嚟食午餐,我哋都發覺服務態度越來越差,先是長輩詫異一個女侍應無問過就收起所有餐具,然後到一個男侍應行過無咩禮貌咁同我講:移去另一邊啦!呢條通道黎架嘛!我真係嬲咗,我為咗唔阻真正嘅通道,同埋畀阿姐上餸唔洗成日叫我移開(唔明點解唔去另一邊,一定要係我呢邊),我唯有移過啲左邊貼近啲條柱,真係唔知佢點解揀咁窄嘅縫走黎走去,仲同我講所謂通道。咁既然呢張細枱(仲要係頂腳嘅摺枱)一邊係大通道,一邊係"狹小"通道,咁點坐幾個人呢?做咩要放係呢度呢?明明都坐唔滿人,做咩一開始就叫客人坐路口對住道門,仲嫌人阻住你條通道?我覺得人少咗係因為換咗啲無禮貌嘅侍應,嚇走哂啲客人。呢餐食到成肚氣。

朋友聚舊 ,唔想食肉, 去左銅鑼灣三德素菜館食齋清下腸胃。 有幾款唔同人數套餐,價錢合理 ,但因為近中秋節 ,個個都話食豪啲,於是自己點菜。如意鮑絲翅窩味道清甜,有主角鮑魚絲,筍絲,東菇絲 ……,素翅量多。紅燒靈芝菇海參豆腐素海參食落同真的一樣, 膠質爽口, 豆腐滑溜,可惜靈芝菇太少。蜜汁香脆蓮藕餅炸粉唔多, 恰到好處, 食落脆卜卜豉汁涼瓜炆鮮竹烹調方法沒有什麼特別, 跟其他菜色相比之下較為遜色崧子五柳素黃魚今晚最出色的餸, 通常齋舖的魚,用料多數是芋頭, 但這一款先用腐皮炸香,外層再加紫菜捲起, 餡料有少少冬菇粒 , 配上五柳酸甜汁, 簡直冇得彈, yummy yummy法海蒲團賣相似發菜鮮竹卷, 跟以前食過的完全不一樣 , 以為送錯了。齋鹵味食完以上菜式,其實都已經好飽,但齋鹵味通常是必食, 所以都叫嚟試下, 普普通通。食到個個攬住個肚, 六個人都係七百幾蚊, 都豪得起

草莓酸甜猴皇菇
這是朋友想要嘗鮮的猴頭菇料理。我們都喜歡吃猴頭菇,看到配草莓覺得很新鮮,所以點了這道菜。品嘗的時候,發現甜味太重,其實吃不出是猴頭菇,吃不到猴頭菇原始的味道,有點可惜。嘗鮮可以,以後不會再點,太甜了,不健康。

鮮茄玉崧焗飯
這盤焗飯最後上桌,沒想到很大一盤。焗烤的奶油成分不多,玉崧不知道是甚麼,倒是有碎素肉。上面鋪一層番茄醬,味道一般。這飯是一粒一粒的,吃起來也還好。最後沒有吃完,我們帶走回家下一餐吃。
