同事約我去位於元朗教育路79&81地舖的《天澗居酒屋》用膳,環境舒適,裝修雅緻,坐得舒服。我地點左個《二人前》$368,追加 豚肩肉泡菜鍋 $1(晚市限定優惠)。《二人前》套餐的前菜有蟹籽沙律、刺身2點、壽司4件;主菜有 燒鯖魚、炸豆腐(2件)及雞皮餃子(2件)、牛肉壽喜鍋、鰻魚炒飯,另外有2碗 茶碗蒸、2碗味噌湯、2杯青森蘋果汁。整體黎講係材料豐富及新鮮,刺身係三文魚2片拼帶子4隻,好鮮甜呀;4件不同款色的壽司都好好味;燒鯖魚香脆可口,炸豆腐香口,雞皮餃子有咬口;牛肉壽喜鍋熱辣辣,好味又好食;鰻魚炒飯好香口好味;茶碗蒸好幼滑,蘋果汁好飲。豚肩肉泡菜鍋有少少辣,好惹味!
