Came here for drinks after work on Friday, usually this place is not as packed as the other places in TST and very classy as it is a very nicely decorated cigar / whisky bay. 雖說海景嘉福酒店不是香港最好的高級酒店, 但是其餐飲部我卻留下不少腳毛: 海景軒的精緻而性價比高的高級粵菜, Theo Mistral實而不華的意大利利菜, 還有威士忌愛好者的其中一個至愛Tiffany’s New York Bar. 在和親朋戚友或者客戶聚餐之前, 也喜歡在這裡小酌兩杯, 不能說這裏是香港收藏威士忌最多的地方, 但以九龍區及酒店界別而然, 它可說是無出其右. 值得欣賞的, 當然還有其典雅而大氣的經典裝修, 讓我置身在二三十年代的紐約一樣.Ardbeg的威士忌就是和泥煤和煙燻味畫上等號, 年輕時會敬而遠之, 但年華老去, 這種土之味卻能道出勞動者如我的辛酸, 當然不只有一途, 像是其Heavy Vapours, 在初入口的這兩種味之後, 就是甘甜如薄荷朱古力的味道, 先苦後甜. 另外店家推介的BizarreBq, 在濃烈的煙燻味過後, 就是濃甜鹹香的BBQ醬風味, 就像勞動過後大家一起享受燒烤的時光, 這兩杯就彷如勞動者的頌哥.至於另一杯我品嚐的是Sullivans Cove的Double Cask, 作為前兩者的開頭很多合適, 就是很君子的口味, 就是雲呢拿和青蘋果的

今次book咗海景嘉福嘅Dinning staycation package。晚餐係一個3 courses dinner. Main course嘅羊架煎得啱啱好，外脆內軟。

It’s a amazing night with my ladies in Tiffany New York bar. Red wine 🍷 wine wine 🍹 and cocktails 🍸 are great. Everything is sounds good but what a pity. Elton ~~was not there, Bars are boring. He is very professional.He makes drinks for everyone's like. 😊

平平無奇的一個星期二來到這間位於酒店大堂的酒吧。Old fashioned style的裝潢、昏暗的燈光、空氣中淡淡的雪茄味，一切都甚有古典氣派。Tiffany Shaker $118以帶有濃郁橙香的Cointreau和果汁調配而成的雞尾酒，沒有複雜的味道，香甜清新，易於入口。Berries  Cooler (No ABV) $88味道像雜莓果汁，偏甜，十分普通。還是點酒比較好。薯條份量頗多，是即炸的有皮薯條，熱辣辣十分香口，送酒也很合適。4-7pm是Happy Hour 有買一送一優惠🍻想靜靜地飲杯野吹下水，也是不錯的選擇。

心血來潮走咗去飲whisky🥃第一次去呢類型嘅威士忌酒吧，入面whisky嘅種類真係好多！首先佢嘅裝修好靚，坐低飲酒真係好舒服～而且呢度服務好好，侍應好耐心介紹威士忌俾我哋。最後試咗佢嘅beginner set 同high ball.係好開心嘅一晚

晚餐前嘅好去處Tiffany's New York Bar環境氣氛，食物及飲品都唔錯🥰三個女仔🧍‍♀️平時唔太飲酒，最終揀咗三杯果汁成分較高嘅雞尾酒，酒精濃度相對較低，味道對相較甜，比較容易入口嘅cocktail🍸🍹我嗰杯係酸酸甜甜的裡面加有新鮮檸檬汁同熱情果糖漿及少量12年芝華士😊叫咗一份紐約吧🇺🇸炸魚薯條小食送吓酒！

這間美式酒吧，裝修走懷舊美國風格，深啡色的梳化，配上柔和的燈光，氣氛幾warm. Happy hour 點了杯意大利的Cabernet Sauvignon ，不過不失。食物方面點了個quesadilla ，熱辣辣，都好食。 酒店服務，waiter 殷勤有禮。

Cocktail 控出沒😈 Blended PrinceRating: 9.5/10HK$ 138其中一款在2017年得獎的cocktail，非常容易入口, 因為有tonic water飲落似汽水，加上純滑的12年芝華士，酸甜的新鮮檸檬汁同熱情果糖漿。提供三款唔同口味的nuts, wasabi豆，花生提子乾同其他果仁。位於酒店入面，一入到去就覺得自己去左外國個種好有復古feel的bar。呢度環境亦比一般bar更靜，伴隨live的jazz music同朋友一邊品嘗美酒，談天說地。完美!

有朋友喺澳門返黎籌備婚禮, 喺等待嘅時間, Tiffany's New York Bar成為左我等待嘅地方...一個美國色彩濃厚嘅酒吧, 酒吧枱面有條Bar, 酒吧枱下面有條Bar... 唔知重有無牛仔著住對靴踩住條Bar, 手踭"lon"喺酒吧枱面條bar到飲啤酒呢?威士忌為主題嘅酒吧, 大概睇無300款都有200幾款, 今日暫時未有試佢地嘅威士忌, 唯有留待下次 🥃🥃Negroni少甜 🤤 無論去到任何一間酒吧, 我第一杯都會order呢杯飲品... 點解? 情意結... 講返杯飲品, 一放上枱橙氣撲鼻, 令人唯之一振! 味道各方便都好迎合我嘅口味... 以後收工Happy Hour又多一個好去處 👍🏻

食飽飯，去左尖沙咀呢間出名食威士忌的bar!!品嚐一下威士忌，順便同朋友靜靜地傾下計。入到去。。。咁岩仲有band表演緊，所以就坐在喺bar 桌嗰度。。。欣賞因為朋友對威士忌都有d要求，咁岩又坐bar桌，個經理真係無得彈，慢慢就住我朋友的要求為佢介紹各款的酒。。。仲教識左我們好多威士忌的知識。。不得了。。成晚都傾得好開心，d職員好nice,又細心，見到我們nuts食完又好快fill!!我們有問題想請教又好樂觀解答。。

Tiffany was the best choice for my gathering with my old friends.The dining experience at the Theo Mistral by Theo was excellent previously and thus it aroused my interest to have a taste in the Tiffany's. Tiffany's is a great place for enjoying world cup as well as chilled with friends. There is happy hour between 5:30pm to 8:30pm everyday to get buy-one-get-1-free. It provides array of whiskies, wine, signature cocktails and tasty snacks as well. We love the nachos,  fish and chips so much. It tastes really good. Staff are also proactive and attentive that exceed your expectation. The cool bar and the live band show from 8pm to 1:30am just made the whole experience superb and convivial. Highly r
