今日下午同家姐因事要到北角,先醫個肚,家姐建議去添好運米芝蓮点心專門店食晏以前每次經過都睇到大班人排隊,而家唔需要等位我係第一次嚟呢間店,家姐就幾年前嚟過啦。入到去,見到人唔多,環境尚算安静,裝潢地道,格局好有內地一般茶樓feel。食物方面,即蒸的點心選擇不多,甜品得幾款呢度最出名“酥皮焗叉燒包”我哋無叫,想食嘅點心如雞扎就無,唯有叫幾樣經典嘅如蝦蛟、鯪魚球、腐皮卷,同埋腸粉。等咗大約十幾分鐘,首先嚟嘅點心係腐皮卷本來有三條,食咗一條先記得影相,味道正常但食到滿口油腸粉皮唔得,味道一般話即叫即蒸,上嚟唔係熱辣辣嘅,令我哋好失望外型不晶瑩,皮略厚,蝦味一般四樣點心嚟齊,發覺唔夠食,再叫一個撈粗。整體上,点心賣相味道都非常一般,偏鹹同油,上桌亦唔係熱騰騰,家姐話無咗以前水準,食物質素令人失望。上網先知,北角分店曾入選米芝蓮一星餐廳(2015-2017),但因食物質素下降已於2018年被摵星。

可能是以前曾有米芝蓮美食光環的關係,以前每次經過這裹都看到一大羣人在等待座位,今天看到不需要等位,便決定走進去吃。餐廳裝修變舊了,但仍有不少即叫即蒸的點心可以給我去選擇,其中有必吃的如“酥皮焗叉燒包”、“鮑汁鳳爪”,我當然沒有放過。另外也點了“布拉格腸粉”,把加了醬油、麻醬和甜醬的腸粉放入口,腸粉中心附近的咬感有些糊口,不太好吃,而“鳳爪排骨蒸飯”入口雖仍熱辣辣,飯粒有排骨蒸出來的豬肉香味,但整體上感覺已沒有以前般美味,只算是中規中矩。

添好運點心專門店在香港共有7家分店。在國外也有不少分店,曾經被評為米芝連一星餐廳。豉汁蒸鳳爪爽腍入味,花生滲透了鳳爪的汁,非常好味。豆豉蒸排骨,鮮嫩肉滑,就是量少了一點。鮑汁豆腐是新推薦的出品。感覺中規中矩。鮮蝦腐皮卷蝦肉新鮮彈牙.皮薄松脆,非常香口。新菜色炸紫菜卷沒什麼特別之處,三件小的可憐。土魷肉餅蒸飯,足料有幾多土魷,好好味。點贊👍所有點心都是熱辣辣的,價格亦算合理。但是出品量縮水很多,這大概與疫情有關,搵食艱難吧…。

事隔四年再一次吃,不知道是水準下降了,還是好吃太多了 ,覺得味道太一般了,除了叉燒包味道還好,別的真的一言難盡,燒賣感覺就是速凍食品,蝦肉卷也不如其他家出眾,荷葉雞味道中規中矩,不能再多分了,紅油抄手不好吃

依間點心連鎖店係位於北角,其實不過都有好多食點心嘅地方,不過依一間係朋友介紹我嚟試吓佢嘅酥皮叉燒包,都幾特別第一次食特別版嘅叉燒包,外脆內軟,雖然等候嘅時間真係比我想像中耐,不過食到特別版嘅叉燒包都可以接受嘅!
