一直都想試,深水埗、之前旺角店都太多人,點等呀⋯⋯今日經過將軍澳,唔駛等位,梗係試啦!必試既:酥皮叉燒包、黃沙豬潤腸,仲叫左幾款大路點心晶瑩鮮蝦餃個人覺得大小適中,蝦夠爽口,皮唔 "lim" 口,唔錯喎!我覺得飲茶必食蝦餃既會like!黃沙豬潤腸筷子一瞥落去,有d失望,皮太削,夾唔起,豬潤唔夠滑(可能期望黃沙潤會比普通豬潤更香更滑啩)酥皮焗叉燒包好鮮好新鮮,似一焗好即出,餡亦好熱辣辣,但酥皮唔夠鬆化,加上個人一向唔太喜好叉燒包,一般啦美味鮑汁鳳爪算入味,八角味略濃(唔好八角味既要留意)煎釀虎皮尖椒略油,但好香口鯪魚肉亦好彈牙,like白灼青油菜全走,一般西生菜唔駛形容啦唔駛排隊等既,唔想去酒樓要加一既,可以一試!可能深水埗店出色d啩?

晶瑩鮮蝦餃
個人覺得大小適中,蝦夠爽口,皮唔 "lim" 口,唔錯喎!我覺得飲茶必食蝦餃既會like!

黃沙豬潤腸
筷子一瞥落去,有d失望,皮太削,夾唔起,豬潤唔夠滑(可能期望黃沙潤會比普通豬潤更香更滑啩)

酥皮焗叉燒包
好鮮好新鮮,似一焗好即出,餡亦好熱辣辣,但酥皮唔夠鬆化,加上個人一向唔太喜好叉燒包,一般啦

美味鮑汁鳳爪
算入味,八角味略濃(唔好八角味既要留意)

煎釀虎皮尖椒
略油,但好香口鯪魚肉亦好彈牙,like

白灼青油菜
全走,一般西生菜唔駛形容啦

唔駛排隊等既,唔想去酒樓要加一既,可以一試!可能深水埗店出色d啩?

一坐低馬上叫左個羅卜糕、蝦餃、豬潤腸粉、時菜。

羅卜糕因為佢話出名,見有咁多雜誌介紹,我冇理由唔試,加試上佢中意食就更加要食,賣相都ok的,但係食落去有啲啲失望喇,有啲粉,料唔係太足。不過呢個價錢,可以接受的

蝦餃,好的色,有4件的。男朋友話不過不失,味道就好普通,蝦係有嘅但細啲啲


再黎個時菜就係西生菜黎嘅,上菜時侍應會問你要唔要醬油,要就會幫你加,算係貼心啦


拉布腸粉都係出名嘅菜式之一,所以我地有叫啊,但係個豬潤腸真係好差,啲豬潤唔新鮮,而且食落仲有根,咬唔開,好失望喇!

或者係因為分店,如果係深水埗果間可能會好小小啦。

下次都唔會黎呢間喇,再比多次機會去深水埗果間

今晚想飲下茶所以去添好運食🍔首先叫左個鮑汁鳳爪好入味好淋,唔洗咬一啜就食到之後我最中意既叉燒包到🍔酥皮外皮,甜甜的,料都幾多我覺得比一般叉燒包好食,不過怕甜既朋友未必中意因為叉燒又甜,酥皮又甜我自己就好中意!仲有個金銀蛋瘦肉粥料多,味不錯到虎皮尖椒🍢我覺得奧運站個間添好運煎得比較好食呢到上菜個時已經凍左少少辣都無到最後陳皮牛肉球好像比人食過咁,賣相麻麻味道都係平時酒樓食個d叉不多總結都係叉燒包係必點!

如果你地問我食點心的店鋪邊間好的話,我覺得系會話添好運咯,我對佢嘅點心真係十分推崇而且保持著一種新鮮的好奇心。新鮮的辣椒炒肉,我覺得自己已經完全淪陷系辣椒的世界,尼道辣椒炒肉真係味道好正,其實不是狠辣的,辣椒也只是一般般辣,但係難得的青澀味道的辣椒完全同肉嘅鮮味混為一體,而且意外的夾,仲有就系好入味,不會太重口。我很喜歡的添好運的叉燒包,因為真真正正的系皮薄餡多,叉燒又系瘦中帶肥,肉同麵粉之間有一種奇妙的磁場,相互之間的滲透真係好正,其實我真係太容易滿足啦。價錢方面一直以來都係咁公道,好難的。

呢個係每次黎到都必點既點心, 叉燒包細細個非常精緻,最特別係個包既皮係好似墨西哥包既口感,所以食落去既感覺係墨西哥包既外皮同叉燒包既餡,而且叉燒餡好有肉汁,非常美味

印象中在我幼稚園時, 因為屋企人在茶樓附近工作,我每日的下午茶都係食叉燒飽, 亦都好ENJOY的直至有一日一齣電影 令我對叉燒包產日恐懼(大家應該都知我講邊套戲  )所以應該有成十幾年都冇食過直至屋企附近開了添好運, 其酥皮焗叉燒包是其招牌菜, 礙於平時實在太多太多人等位, 今日難得沒有太多人等位, 竟然可以即入, 真係未食都已經"超好運"望下個餐紙先, 其實都不用多想,必點那幾個招牌點心:1.酥皮焗叉燒包圓碌碌, 漲卜卜就係佢, 讓我開始食返叉燒包酥皮面脆脆的, 包裹甜蜜蜜叉燒同餐紙比較返, 雖然叉燒包有少許落差,但是依然啖啖有叉燒接下來是豬潤2重奏2.豬潤豬肚燒賣外型係冇正常燒賣咁靚仔,上菜時, 豬潤及豬肚都只是擱在燒賣旁邊,可能傳菜時已經從燒賣上滑下來了豬潤很爽, 不會太粉, 值得一讚其餘的豬肚及燒賣則正常水平3.黃沙豬潤腸一碟3條, 沒有像其他酒樓將2條腸粉分件扮6件淋上甜豉油,裏面有滿滿的爽口豬潤呢, 好滿足呀!豬潤要煮得爽口真是不容易,坊間試過的一些豬潤點心都太粉了, 咬下去都黏口了所以我決定了, 凡是豬潤點心都是在添好運食比較穩陣埋單: $71咋 作為晚餐, 真係算抵食喇

上菜時, 豬潤及豬肚都只是擱在燒賣旁邊,
可能傳菜時已經從燒賣上滑下來了
豬潤很爽, 不會太粉, 值得一讚

豬潤要煮得爽口真是不容易,
坊間試過的一些豬潤點心都太粉了, 咬下去都黏口了

今晚係將軍澳同朋友食飯,見到添好運竟然唔洗排隊,當然即刻要食呢間啦(呢間等位聽講要排好耐嫁)二個人食,點左几樣等待期間,好在用熱茶淥下餐具單係個杯,都已經浮曬油有相為証米網牛肉卷米網好油,湯匙好油,個碗好油中間牛肉=好似山竹牛肉味以為好好味,原來…………咁油黃沙豬潤腸好喜歡這腸粉,粉皮好滑薄薄的豬潤,蒸完仲係脆脆的,已經唔計較豬潤膽固醇有几多了酥皮焗叉燒包細隻左,入口少少酸,點解?香滑馬拉糕-味道ok陳皮牛肉球無預期咁好味,都係山竹牛肉果種味道就算係星級食肆,無可能樣樣都咁好味好在今次唔洗等位,即刻入座,機會難得

自從添好運幾年前成功上位,甚至摘星,之後分店愈開愈多,但伴之而來的却是兩位老闆兼點心師傅再無法親自制作,並轉型為管理層,點心質素已不斷下降,雖然有部份點心在同業內仍首屈一指,但是否值得在2015年版米芝蓮仍然有三間分店獲頒一星?始終不理解米芝蓮的評級準則。今晚再次光顧popcorn 2期商場內的添好運。區內餐廳不太足夠,因此經常見到食客等位。這間分店佈罝非常簡約,遠不及大角咀分店的高尚佈置。添好運至今堅持點心即叫即做,保証新鮮,熱烘烘送上。點心選擇不太多,而且變化不大。最貴都不過是$26,茶錢都不過是$3,又沒有加一,價錢大眾化。鮮蝦莧菜餃 $22通透的餃皮看穿翠綠飽滿的饀料,賣相不錯!莧菜味香跟淡味的蝦肉互相補足。鮑汁鳳爪 $26鮑汁入味,鳳爪膠質濃厚。底部的花生淋身入味。馬拉糕 $16糕身質感鬆軟,幾香滑又有黃糖的香甜。酥皮焗叉燒包 $19這裡的酥皮叉燒包出名好味,必叫點心之一。熱烘烘的送上,金黃色圓圓的外型十分吸引。菠蘿包的酥皮香脆,叉燒包鬆軟。叉燒饀料鬆化,蜜味香甜惹味。蜜味叉燒腸 $20粉醬比較厚,唔夠通透。叉燒味一般。鬆脆牛肉炸粉果 $18新頴點心,但這點心味道怪怪的。牛肉
