前身係紅磡冰室,轉左餐廳後開頭第一次食就覺得麻麻地服務,始終同一班員工工作。後來一段時間再幫襯,發覺餐牌都唔同晒,員工都唔同左。早上十一點半前仍然有早餐,早餐都多選擇同多配搭。點選了芫荽牛肉湯米粉,芫荽控至愛,因為多芫荽,牛肉係新鮮滑牛,而米粉是用河源米粉,有別於其他餐廳,另外配搭左牛角包及炒蛋,亦都係少餐廳早餐供應的種類。整體食物質素唔差的茶餐廳早餐。環境都寬躺,地下乾淨,唔會好逼同埋唔會食完就即刻趕走。服務都可以接受。

呢間成日經過今日就試咗佢嘅下午茶說話選擇都幾多,而且都比較平裝修有少少懷舊feel座位唔算好迫,但係衛生程度有待改善坐坐吓聞到勁大陣碗布味試咗佢嘅蔥油雞蕃茄湯意粉味道同想像中有啲分別蕃茄湯底普普通通,比較稀味道淡,同埋完全冇番茄仲要加兩蚊啲雞都比較肥,啲皮多過肉仲要其實本身我係嗌通粉佢比錯咗兩次,一次係叉燒意粉不過算啦,意粉都照食但係味道真係比較麻麻囉,而且份量有啲少唯一就係佢嘅阿華田真係超好飲夠大杯之餘仲要甜度適中而且好夠凍整體一般下次試吓佢其他嘢食睇吓會唔會好味啲

咁啱經開北角,有啲肚餓就入左呢間時代冰室食個快lunch啦~順便支持下餐廳環境都尚算闊落,而且夠光猛🤩因為想食沙嗲牛肉麵,所以今次叫左個常餐,個餐係可以揀配奄列+牛角包 或者 炒蛋配丹麥多士😗炒蛋正常發揮,係就係幾滑,但無咩蛋味咁烘左嘅丹麥多士都係正正常常無咩特別~火腿奄列都係一般茶記水準,牛角包食落充滿牛油味但唔夠酥脆~沙嗲牛肉麵個湯底夠哂濃,牛肉唔韌,略嫌啲麵淋左少少🤏瑞士汁雞翼撈公仔麵,呢個真係唔係幾得,啲麵好糊,又唔夠汁,有啲麵仲係白雪雪架,食落無咩味,雞全翼又係普普通通真係純粹填飽個肚

服務質素差到一個點,要我開個openrice account寫食評。事件發生於2021年9月3日下午約3:30,當時食客不多,卡位(全部都是二人座或四人座)大部分只係坐梗一個食客,而其他非卡位就有約半無人坐,我一入店內,就發現剛有一個阿叔準備離抬(兩人卡位座)埋單,我於是要求坐嗰張卡位,但店員拒絕我要求,並指示我坐另一張要同另一阿叔搭抬(四人非卡位座)既位,我再禮貌(真正禮貌地)要求但不果,當我諗住“既然餐廳政策咁安排座位就算數啦”之際,剛好有一女士入店內,要求坐嗰個卡位,奇怪地,今次店員居然放行。我隨即禮貌(真正禮貌地)詢問店員點解咁安排,佢答“原先諗住留畀以後有兩個人數既食客坐卡位,不過後來發覺唔使,所以咁”,我即時有d嬲,並選擇離開餐廳,兼同佢講“我明白你地既服務喇”,佢不禮拜地(係真正不禮拜地)回我“我地係咁嫁喇”。以上千字文,我已注明發生時間同地點,店方有心跟進可慢慢翻查記錄,我有誣陷你店方的話,或不禮貌之處,你可以喺度留言,我親自上門道歉兼自掏腰包放低1000蚊,如果你發現店員有錯,你只要好好地小佢一番,我已很滿足。

路過炮台山,今日淨係想食茶記冰室,當然一定要要去時代冰室啦。我哋四個人一人嗌一個餐,我嗌左個炸雞脾蔥油撈刀削麵,刀削麵十分煙韌,而且雞髀係肉汁嫩滑,雞皮勁正,啲朋友都對我隻雞髀好有興趣。另外楊州炒飯好有鑊氣,仲有叉燒好大嚿,好有咬口,仲加咗幾蚊加XO醬令個炒飯更加惹野。而乾炒牛河呢真係大件夾抵食,唔單止河粉炒到條條分明,而且仲唔會好油膩,牛肉亦都好香。最後係牛坑腩配咖喱,除咗飯之外佢仲有兩塊薄餅送埋俾我哋,先唔講個咖喱, 個薄餅底十分之香脆,點落惹味嘅咖喱汁,真係好醒胃,而牛坑腩舊舊都半肥瘦,牛肉炆得好入味,吸收晒成個咖喱嘅精華,咖喱上面仲有薯條做點綴,真係咖喱撈飯一流。

今晚去咗炮台山嘅時代冰室食飯同朋友傾吓偈,特別鐘意冰室嘅氣氛,好有老香港嘅感覺。大家都係食肉獸,所以叫咗一個兩個鐵板餐。我叫咗個重量級美國西冷牛扒餐,照燒汁配意大利粉。加八蚊有個紅豆冰,啱晒大熱天時。西冷牛扒好有份量,肥瘦均勻,肉質鮮嫩,照燒汁同肉汁鎖住喺牛扒入面。朋友叫咗個海陸空三拼鐵板扒,有安格斯牛仔骨,蒜蓉煙肉扒大蝦,妙齡炸乳鴿。睇落好豐富,朋友特別欣賞炸乳鴿,話好入味喎。配冰涷港式奶茶一流。
