吃過很多家的燒鵝,元朗的這家是最喜歡的一家,老闆很有個性 每天只是下午五點開張,賣完算數!看你不爽 還不賣你,幸好對我很客氣,每次去我都會買下裝,因為有個漂亮的燒鵝腿,特別吸引,鵝肉出奇的緊緻,有陣陣荔枝柴的底蘊在裡面,是絕技,很好吃,而且皮里也不太見肥油是我最愛的。

This small eatery is located in Yuen Long, specializing in roasted goose as its name implies. We ordered two Roasted Goose Rice Spaghetti to start, plus the Soup of the Day. The goose was in fact quite tender and juicy, marinated well and not over. The skin was not crispy as some other restaurants but overall it was tasty and nice. The portion was also quite big with many pieces. I saw some reviews complaining about the portion size and I can testify that it was not true (at least for me!). The daily soup was nothing special or impressive though.

Hearing from the owner that the Goose Blood Curd with Chinese Chives was ready, we also added that to the order. The blood curd was nice, steaming hot and just freshly cooked, seasoned well and having the white pepper powder to remove any gamey note. There were some garlic added to further enhance the taste. The Chinese chives however was not that nice, too rough and got me wonder whether it was cooked sufficiently or was simply too old.

Some of the reviews also said the service was poor with the staff not friendly. I also found it otherwise. The owner's wife (I presume?) was fairly nice introducing us to the seats, and throughout the meal there was nothing that would leave me feel unwelcome. The bill was $180 and in my opinion reasonable. And next time I hope I could try their BBQ pork too.

話說小弟今日行山,由荃灣行入元朗,到達元朗時大約下午一點半,諗住既然上次食唔到,今次不如一試!去到時大約有三四個人在我前面排隊,而我又一身臭汗,店員話如果我唔介意就開張枱俾我坐出面,我見當時我落雨,就即時答應了!當我一坐低,店員已經話燒鵝飯買晒,我心諗,我來這裏只是想食燒鵝,叉燒切雞我點解要喺呢到食,我正想離開時,店員又話仲有最後一份淨下庒,我唔明㸃解只有淨下庒而沒有燒鵝飯,不過算,照要!好了,等了幾分鐘,有得食了,第一時間夾髀,唉!失望,鵝皮唔夠脆,鵝又唔夠熱,味道偏咸,鵝油超多超肥但唔夠香,理論上我行咗十幾公里,應該擺咩入囗都會覺得好食,但這碟上压,我食了一半就放棄了,因為根本就唔係其他人講得咁好食,店員服務又麻麻,真係唔會有下次了!最後,我仲要不斷飲了好多水,我估係太咸和太多味精了!

台灣來的友人來香港玩,找我當導遊,指明要吃燒鵝。朋友不喜購物,想貼地一些,去香港本地人會去的地方。就帶他到元朗走走,吃B仔雞亦尖,吃燒鵝,看看風景。這間燒鵝其實我並沒吃過,是偶然聽同事極力推薦,心裡面早就抱著想試一試的念頭,正好跟遊客朋友來。-下裝例牌燒鵝 $150兩個人叫這個size夠吃了。賣相好吸引,烤得顏色均勻,泛著油光。但一吃下去,有點失望。燒鵝並不是熱的,有可能因為是平日中午人客少有關係。不夠熱的副作用就是皮不是酥脆而是變有點韌了。肉倒是沒影響,很嫩滑;可惜味道不太夠,靠著酸梅醬還是美味的。或者是期望過高吧,也可能是運氣不好,朋友說不錯吃,應該總比外地不正宗的好吃,也就罷了。

兩個人叫這個size夠吃了。
賣相好吸引,烤得顏色均勻,泛著油光。
但一吃下去,有點失望。
燒鵝並不是熱的,
有可能因為是平日中午人客少有關係。
不夠熱的副作用就是皮不是酥脆而是變有點韌了。
肉倒是沒影響,很嫩滑;
可惜味道不太夠,靠著酸梅醬還是美味的。
或者是期望過高吧,也可能是運氣不好,
朋友說不錯吃,應該總比外地不正宗的好吃,
也就罷了。

光顧了天鴻燒鵝約10次,每次都是吃燒鵝,還記得有一次晚上約7:30到達,所有燒鵝已賣光,看到了賣剩的鵝頸,為了解饞老實不客氣的向老闆索取,老闆見龜龜及同行友人沒鵝吃那麼可憐,便斬了兩條鵝頸贈之,友人跟龜龜馬上便就地幹掉了,記得那賣剩的鵝頸還是脆皮温熱的。幾乎每次吃他們的燒鵝也是熱騰騰的,因為流轉超快,燒好的鵝不消一小時便賣完,然後又有一批出場,鵝出爐不久便賣光是一個良性循還,客人吃到的必定是皮脆温熱的鵝。光顧於中午2:30左右,到店本來已不抱吃鵝期望,打算沒鵝便吃別的,喜見鵝踪,點了燒鵝飯一碗,可惜是次吃到的鵝是我光顧以來最差的出品,鵝已全涼,皮是韌的,尤幸鵝肉還是一貫的香滑,奪回不少分數,皮不濟肉出色,優劣相抵下變得質素普通。環境方面,天鴻的室內座就只有20餘個,飯市時間會在室外座迎賓,都是硬座,不是一間可讓客人邊吃邊聊的舒適餐廳。服務普通,相信全世界的燒臘飯店亦一樣,食客需要的是食物上桌速度,食物的新鮮度,侍應禮貌否,態度殷勤否,who care!

環境方面,天鴻的室內座就只有20餘個,飯市時間會在室外座迎賓,都是硬座,不是一間可讓客人邊吃邊聊的舒適餐廳。

以口感而言,這燒鵝皮入口香脆,鵝油香氣剛好,不太濃也不太膩,鵝肉是我最喜歡的細嫩肉質。在香港要品嚐燒鵝,一般人第一時間會想到深井的幾家燒鵝飯店,或是中環鏞記。以我看來,前者的皮脆,後者的肉嫩,要做到兩者俱備的,之前我會選擇海港燒鵝,試過一家之後,我的名單又可以多加一個選擇了。

天鴻的叉燒剛好亦是我的心頭好。有人喜歡半肥瘦的叉燒,有人喜歡全肥的,
有人喜歡全瘦的,
我個人喜好脆嫩口感的,可惜是一般最難找到這一種叉燒,發現到的,亦可能是偶然,這一次不知道是我的運氣好還是這一家剛剛是賣脆嫩的,這一點我下一次來的時候再求証吧。


總的來說,今次過來試試的兩種燒味都讓我們覺得很驚喜,她肯定會成為我常來的店。 再一次証實小小店大大氣的成名公式是食品質素。

如果不計較環境,天鴻燒鵝既燒鵝一定係香港第一皮脆得來,保持鵝既肉汁同肉香。環境雖然唔好,但為左美食,絕不介意自己食燒鵝一定係配瀨粉,燒鵝既鵝油加埋瀨粉真係一流呢排好多書介紹燒鵝,但其實係呢啲介紹之前已經食開唯一唔好處係新年後已經加價了,慘慘全隻價錢去到$500

今天為工作去了一趟屏山(至此就愛上來元朗覓食🤣)記得早前看過一篇文章,推介全港頭八名最正燒鵝脾,當中天鴻排行第二,今天來到附近,當然要買半隻作今晚晚餐加餸😏店舖分兩個時間營業,聽說是分批烤製燒鵝😍我做完工作找到店才約下午四時,我惟有坐在附近公園,等店五店開門,買新鮮燒起的燒鵝。約下午四時五十分左右,看見旁邊的嬸嬸同望店舖方向站起走過去,我也連忙緊隨,原來店已開門。我已是第三位下單,後面已陸續有人排隊😱也有顧客進店內點餐堂食。很快老闆替我裝上燒鵝,並細心叮囑外賣盒是刻意打開,提醒我別關上☺️為保持燒鵝新鮮,我快行至小巴站乘坐小巴回家🔥在乘搭小巴上還不斷聞到陣陣鵝香🤤豈知回家後才被告知晚餐要八時才開始,等妹妹回家😭但爸爸又受不了燒鵝的引誘,所以我們一起吃了「少許」🤣燒鵝還暖熱(我行得多快😤)肉質嫩滑,鵝皮脆口,沾上老闆鹹鹹的秘製醬汁,讓燒鵝增添風味😋雖然等到妹妹回來,燒鵝已涼了,鵝皮亦不脆,但依然美味😋下次一定要再吃過🤤🤤🤤
