一行十一人選擇黎呢度聚會,預約6:30六人先到,門口已經排了一條長龍,到先的朋友不能幫未到的朋友預繳入場費,後到既朋友都要照樣排隊。收費後隨即派發燒烤用品,烤架,紙巾、蜜糖、夾兩個、大紙碟兩個(載食物用),人頭紙碗加紙杯。然後進場後要自己搵位,搵位後又要搵人嚟開爐,如果你搵嘅位係未執的話又要等人嚟執枱,抹枱同開爐唔同人做。場內有汽水機自由斟,但又係大排長龍,有提供紙包飲品,攞晒既話冇人refill,或自費購買啤酒,藍妹支裝$18、1664$22、罐裝朝日$16,買夠六罐/支會提供冰桶。食物方面都係大路嘢,但係冇內臟雞腎鴨腎之類,有大約六個雪櫃擺食物但都係重複既。唯一特別嘅係爐中間可以擺個鍋,類似打邊爐。服務方面,真係人太多,職員不夠,但態度尚可。 continue reading

職員服務態度差,現場人手唔夠開唔切燒烤爐,一開始勁多人排隊拎嘢食,等左成半個鐘先夾到野食,嘢食種類好少,紙包飲品全部都唔凍,冇晒嘢飲又唔fill,唔建議黎依間! continue reading

今次喺社交媒體網站見到依間好似唔錯咁,跟住就諗住試吓新嘅BBQ場,之前去開嗰幾間都比較熱情,而且唔會趕人走,服務好好多。咁我同朋友14:00鬆啲去到BBQ場,我哋係第一台客一開始我哋仲喺度糾結緊到底168由1400燒到1730,定係198由1400燒到2200跟住嗰個店員話爭$30咋,咁我哋就決定都係198嗰個set啦,四位連開爐費$872。我哋第一次嚟唔知個流程係點樣,我覺得個店員亦都冇好清楚咁樣同我哋講解,搞咗一輪先知係要自己抬啲工具出去嘅,我仲以為佢會幫我整好晒所有嘢,因為之前我去過啲場都係咁樣。但呢個其實都唔算係大問題黎,完全唔明白嗰店員既開爐嘅流程😓😓😓點解唔一開始就開好個爐佢,要分段式開?去咗咁多個燒烤場人哋都係一開就着點解你呢個爐要開三轉?佢第一次開完之後走咗,我哋就擺啲嘢食上去啦,點知擺完啲嘢食之後發現冇火咁就同佢講啦,佢就攞咗把手提風扇仔過嚟對住個爐吹,吹到啲炭灰跌晒落我哋啲嘢食度跟住就話仲燒緊粒炭精,如果你未開好個爐係咪應該同我地講聲先呢?佢攞個手提風扇仔吹左一輪之後又走左,好啦我哋又開始燒啦,跟住等咗一陣之後我哋又見唔到嗰火啦,再同佢講佢先攞個火槍同埋個手提風機過嚟再開爐,前前後後搞左成差唔多半個鐘先正式燒到。野食都可以既中規中矩,黑椒牛就唔覺有黑椒味,中間燒野食係無咩特別問題既,只係想加蜜糖嘅時候,搵唔到職員啫。但係到六點幾嘅時候,有一個店員無啦啦走過黎同我哋講話你地日間時段要走㗎啦,當下我哋冇人反應到,當佢走左我就問我朋友:「我無聽錯呀嘛?佢叫我地走?」。我哋明明係比全日嘅價錢,但係竟然趕我哋走?我唔知佢哋係記錯定點,但係真係好無奈,我俾左全日既錢但係要俾人趕走?整日嘅體驗都不太好,第一印象太差,所以唔會再幫襯。 continue reading
