西營盤新餐廳一遊上週日與友人到這間開店才數星期的餐廳吃晚餐，因為另有朋友特意推介這裡的八爪魚，就心想不如一試吧！我們第一道要點的菜，就是🐙Grilled Octopus w/ Mash Potato Puree ($88)！今次吃的八爪魚，肉質跟平時的好不同😱，可能是我比較少吃高質的🙊。這個吃下去竟然有點像雞肉，口感不錯。然後重點，其實是在中間的mash potato‼️‼️好香好滑好creamy另外也推介Roasted Duck Papadelle ($148)中式的Peking style duck融入西式的pasta，吃下去挺有新鮮感。Mushroom sauce好吃，意粉彈牙。相反，Roasted French Chicken w/ salad ($188) 價錢是最貴的，不過有點比下去，可能因為前兩道菜太有驚喜了。雞肉有嫩有硬，份量不算多，但味道不錯的。甜品來說，我們點了Classic Baked Cheesecake (~$70)。一吃下去，覺得跟平時吃的很不同，像在吃真芝士一樣，然後餅底是厚厚的。問了店主，原來因為這種是焗過的，平時吃的都只是冷藏過，喜歡與否真的因人而異。整體

We had a great dining experience at this new restaurant, friendly and welcoming with a different variety of freshly made dishes. We decided to try a few of them, the octopus had a nice soft texture, the ribs were melt in your mouth with a special BBQ sauce created by their chefs. The tuna tataki was something new to me and had a South American salsa inspired from the chefs training in South America.Overall a great evening and definitely worth a try, it's BYOB now too as they are still waitin

The food was absolutely amazing, Grilled octopus with potato purreee was unbelievable, sliders are also amazing with a very refreshing pickle sauce, and the tuna fataki.. wowww absolutely blown away.. and that’s only the starters! Highly recommended 😍😍 will definitely be back over and over again
