這個商場的店舖分佈極之奇怪,食肆四散在不同角落層數,看完Floor Plan去找也未必找到!如果不是往HMV逛也不會發現這店的存在!一間自稱集會上海、湘菜、意大利菜、西餐的餐廳,聽起來也頗驚人吧!午市有一個輕怡版的自選主菜午餐,$98包自助頭盤另加$30選主菜,牛扒好像是加$60.反正一向午飯胃口不大,一試也無防.頭盤----除了幾款沙律及蔬菜外選擇真的不多,有一些滷水牛腱及蛋看起來已感覺不對辦,所以沒有去碰.只取了一點菜、泰式沙律及一條疑似Grissini.菜尚算新鮮,泰式沙律味道淡淡,疑似Grissini中間咸得要緊.茄子肉碎意大利飯----出乎意料地算不錯!芝士下得不多,奶味亦不重.飯粒須不是外軟內硬而是整粒也有點硬,但總好過大部份食店的軟如爛飯.雜菜天使麵----簡單的雜菜加上橄欖油,天使麵軟硬適中.很配合輕怡午餐這名稱.花生雞腳湯----稱為雞腳水較適合,味道極淡!煲湯落件瘦肉要很多錢?甜品----啫喱糖、桂花糕、花生味Mousse、芒果布甸全部得個甜字!屬於兒童口味,不吃也罷.頭盤吃到一半主菜已出現,喝湯時問侍應取湯匙,回答竟然是沒有!店內裝修、餐具是有花過心思的,對主菜使用有預熱過的碟子感欣賞(很多地方也做不到或懶得去做)但食品質素不提高水準的話,白白浪費了良好的配套. continue reading

每次睇戲前都經過TMSK,因為這間店舖外觀裝修都好 sharp,好吸引!令我好想去幫親ar...今次睇戲就特登去嘗試La...是晚選擇2人套餐,套餐內有店舖最出名<湖南香濃辣汁牛肉麵>用牛筋切片,果然好味;可惜麵就好難吃lor...另外pizza都係不太好味,脆餅底都唔脆ge,,,只係麵包及頭盤蛋蛋鋪面ge XO醬最好味 hea.....總之就失望 continue reading

26/12(六)禮物日,相約情侶C先生及K小姐,一行四人,跑到富貴商場內的"牡丹",親嘗逢假日才無應供的半自助午餐.新派中菜格局,以紅黑色為主色,再以微暗的光線,營造出摩登格調.半自助午餐的價錢為$98;加$30的主菜點了Yellow croaker noodles,Sauteed duck breast with herbs,Pan-fried snapper fillet及Minced pork & eggplant risotto.沙律,前菜及甜品為自助形式;款色不多,幸好沙律新鮮,滷豆腐更是超然的細嫩!唯作甜點的花生慕絲及芒果布甸卻不屑入口.主菜:Sauteed duck breast with herbs--香草烤鴨胸;鴨胸肉質軟腍味道道濃,配一撮估不到香軟的紫心蕃薯及車厘茄,Yellow croaker noodles--黃魚煨麵,幼滑白幼麵條浸於平凡的白湯內;配上雪菜及筍片也興致不大.的骰的黃魚輕煎過,亦沒出眾之處,Pan-fried snapper fillet--煎立魚柳配芥末汁;濃烈的牛油芥末汁澆於魚味平庸的立魚柳上,令其味道加添層次!Minced pork & eggplant risotto--肉碎茄子燴意大利飯;肉碎的肉汁,滲入茄子及糯度剛好的飯粒中,簡單鮮明的一道.中等價格,出品達標,環境尚舒坦;然而灰頭土臉的侍應們煞了不少風景... continue reading

好耐之前去過一次,而家終於要寫下。當日o係ELEMENTS搵唔到有咩OKAY既MIDDLE-RANGE DINING,見佢咁多位咁入去試試。客觀黎講,牡丹既裝修真係一流 。由DECORATION到餐具都別具心思,值得一去。唔太記得當日食過既野叫咩名,但係絕對唔係中國菜。羊扒、沙律菜等等都係西式。如果話中式,都應該只係D餐具。說真的味道真係唔錯。但係咁既價錢 + 份量,又有少少怯藝術搶$$既感覺。值唔值就真係見人見智。 continue reading
