To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 坊間覺得蘭桂坊單純係一個飲酒娛樂消遣嘅地方,其實當中有一間隱世日式居酒屋係蘭桂坊足足屹立左29年,今日收工同朋友去中環行街決定順便試試這間居酒屋。店內裝潢以深木色配上昭和風格懷舊設計,營造出低調奢華高級的氣氛。見到餐牌上面食物品種非常豐富,不同種類嘅菜式我都想試下所以決左選擇左Joe’s Tasting menu每位$1180前菜有新鮮蕃茄配上牛油果蓉沙律,酸酸甜甜,非常開胃。前菜魚子醬蟹肉肉味鮮甜,魚子醬鹹香味道十足芥末八爪魚芥末的辛辣和八爪魚彈牙肉質相互融合帶出層次豐富的味覺體驗刺身迷你吞拿魚沙律吞拿魚腩刺身入口即溶深海池魚口感非常好有彈性火炙左口魚魚油十足非常香口汁煮鮑魚味道豐富食落好重鮑鮮味壽司牛油果軟殼蟹卷炸粉薄蟹味十足火炙比目魚大火燒香後魚味更加突出天婦羅辣味三文魚腩,比目魚配上香辣醬汁一試難忘送酒必選之一燒物佐賀和牛薄燒夾著香蔥蒜片肉味香濃入口即溶湯品龍蝦湯稻庭烏冬天婦羅炸蝦配上濃郁湯底,天婦羅沾上龍蝦湯底更能帶出湯本身嘅鮮味,口感更加豐富,烏冬爽口彈牙,食嘅過程每條烏冬都沾滿甘甜濃厚嘅濃湯,鮮味爆棚甜品水果拼盤包括西瓜香印提子蜜瓜等等紅豆抹茶雪糕當中有唔少紅豆,中和了抹茶嘅苦澀味同紅豆嘅甜味,一試難忘!
