早前見到OR既食評,見到有人介紹此店既甜餅好好味, 我睇個樣都非常吸引.反正係東大街, 早幾日就專登去買來試下.仲要加多個印尼客家撈麵.最期待係個月亮甜餅, 可惜味道麻麻,仲要外表烘得過火有點燒焦味道而且一點都唔鬆軟又硬, 十分失望.至於個撈麵味道OK唔算太特別, 麵底用上雲吞麵底再加上多款配料.個人覺得味道偏淡, 配料亦唔算太特別.

The roast pork and pork strips were lean but not dry.
The Jook-sing noodles did not have an alkaline taste and they were lovely and soft and tasted really nice with the pork slices and spring onions. The prawn patty slices were the best because they were slighty crispy.
Usually I do not like the beanshoots, but the beanshoots here were really nice, each beanshoot was plump and juicy and there was no grassy taste.
The sauce was very spicy.

The fish shaomai were the usual ones served in Gado Gado sauce which was why I tried them.
The sauce contained a lot of peanuts and lemon grass, and it was very spicy.

如果離開香港一段長時間,有什麼食物會令您最想念?可能自己是一個為食人,曾因工作關係離開過香港數個月,或往外地旅行半個月,這與一些留學海外或長期在外地工作的人相比,只是短暫不過的時間,但回港第一時間總想來一碗牛腩湯麵。那口熱湯彷彿是獨一無二,能潤澤我牽掛的心靈與腸臟外,一碗湯麵的意義是告訴我終於回到了我的家,我的出生地了。經過一熟悉小街的外圍,看到隨風揚起的海報與招牌,原來是一家名為三叔小食的不太熟悉的店子。三叔小食的店前空地,除擺放或掛上不少的海報、二拉架外,店前亦有充滿東南亞風味的彩色屏幕,反覆播出三叔小食的出品及價錢。彩色屏幕下亦有兩件糕店的真辦,與香港已絕跡的街邊夾餅很相似,只是體積較小和顏色較深而已。經向店前的大叔詢問,得知它是印尼的地道小食,名字多多,最令人容易入腦的算是月亮餅了。原來店主是位印尼華僑,一直在印尼一個大島的唐人街上生活,回流香港經已20年,近來想到來港工作的一眾印尼姐姐,便萌生經營印尼小食店來。其實當我一看到月亮餅,已立即湧現嘗試的衝動,大叔從保溫櫃取出一包已預先包裝好的月亮餅給我,紙袋內還有白色的圓型蛋糕紙托盛著,倍感整潔衞生。我們就坐在店門對開的圓凳進食。

其實當我一看到月亮餅,已立即湧現嘗試的衝動,大叔從保溫櫃取出一包已預先包裝好的月亮餅給我,紙袋內還有白色的圓型蛋糕紙托盛著,倍感整潔衞生。我們就坐在店門對開的圓凳進食。仍保留暖意的夾餅,內呈現小孔及一絲絲的紋路,口感富有強烈的回彈力,質感頗重,容易有飽肚感。而中間的花生醬與花生碎帶小甜及非常香口,味道真不錯,值得推介。

除月亮餅外,還有兩款印尼麵食,我們選了印尼客家撈麵,由女店主即叫即做。印尼那麼熱,撈麵自然不會是熱燙燙的。撈麵面放滿了繽紛的配料,有魚片、叉燒、蝦片、肉絲及蔥花,除魚片外,所有配料全是店主親手做,味道非常地道。

對香港人的口味來說,肉絲可謂不嫩、或許有點硬,味道是鹹鹹的。

麵條是廣東的幼蛋麵,附有小量芽菜,醬汁要了微辣,應該與印尼姐姐要的勁辣相差很遠,我們先將醬汁與麵條拌勻。醬汁的味道是鹹鹹、酸酸、辣辣,充滿了東南亞色彩,相信辣一點味道更好、更惹味。

叉燒十成瘦,與香港的叉燒比較,沒有燒烤的香氣與蜜味,但與泰國的叉燒賣相與食味十分相像;而蝦片是用蝦肉打成,炸後切成薄片,帶有輕微的蝦醬味道;魚片是唯一外購的,但自行添加了鹹味,因印尼人喜愛較濃味的食物。

宏觀4款配料的味道,對香港人來說頗為特別,相信跟印尼食肆的菜式又不一樣了,小食始終是較地道的印尼口味。

有幸遇上女店主烹製月亮餅,八卦的我當然不能錯過。

7. 最後再加入一點植物牛油,即可從小銅盆中卸下,切開再合成兩小塊便完成了。

店主對火喉大小的運用非常純熟,而且心細藝精,整個製作過程也不少於15分鐘,方能製作出 $7元一件或 $10元兩件的月亮餅,工夫可不少了。

大叔謂月亮餅賺不了錢,只是為了常來吃麵的印尼姐姐。

長期離開親人、寄人籬下,為的是養家活兒,也許月亮餅可令離鄉別井工作的印尼姐姐一份溫暖,思鄉的一份慰藉,又豈止是您我口中的月亮餅的味兒那般簡單呢!

月亮餅同時也是三叔小食的德行。

When I ordered the noodles they asked if I wanted it spicy, so I just asked for it to be mild.
Basically the noodles have beanshoots, roast pork, pork strips, spring onions, fish patty slices and pork patty slices.

When it came, each ingredient was neatly placed on the noodles.

I loved the way how each ingredient was thinly sliced which made it more appetizing especially the roast pork, fish patties and prawn patties .

Each element was fully flavoured.
The noodles are Jook-sing noodles so they did not have that alkaline taste.
The noodles were lovely and soft and tasted really nice with the pork slices and spring onions. The prawn patty slices were the best because they were slighty crispy.
Usually I do not like the beanshoots, but the beanshoots here were really nice, each beanshoot was plump and juicy and there was no grassy taste.

They were like a combination of crumpets and silver dollar pancakes, the outside was like a silver dollar pancake but the middle was like a crumpet with capillaries.
There was peanut, coconut and sugar in the middle so it was similar to eating Chinese waffles with peanut butter.
Overall it was nice but I found it too sweet.
They also have a set for the cake which comes with drinks but they were Hong Kong drinks, if they were Indonesian drinks I would have probably tried it but the price would probably be different.

香港街頭一度流行的”潮州冷糕”砂糖夾餅,現在卻日漸式微,在香港已難找到,大坑夾餅伯伯, 維園夾餅伯伯,結志街夾餅伯伯,愛民夾餅伯伯,旺角波鞋街頭的,都已銷聲匿跡,只剩下在澳門下環街的吳廷記才找得到。

在香港,這小食店做的甜餅,真是物以罕為貴。

三叔喺東大街已經一段時間,客人唔算多,不過佢嘅小食其實係做得唔錯嘅~今日買咗佢嘅甜餅同撈麵做午餐, 兩樣都係即叫即做,等咗約十分鐘.甜餅攞到返屋企仲好熱辣,咬落去好軟熟,花生涵料香口,欣賞佢用錫紙包一包塊餅,好似西餅咁精緻,食嗰陣又唔會整污糟隻手,值得一讚!打開盒撈麵,又有驚喜,配料款式多,樣樣都有啲,豬頸肉,魚片,腩碎,春卷,牙菜,排得靚靚仔仔 ,味道整體都算唔錯,賣廿五蚊我覺得係抵食!

我是一個擁有八度血糖指數的糖尿病病人,實在喜歡食的感覺,我仍然點選了甜餅和珍多冰,再一次不理會是否會應驗鳥為食亡的硬道理,總是受到先享樂的心態所驅使。很多香港人愈來愈喜歡少甜,少油,少調味料和少色素的健康食物,他們意識到控制飲食,長年健身,為的是保持身體健康,減少病痛,延年益壽,他們的想法無可厚非。在我看來,人活著,就算贏得全世界,而放棄美食,不去享用上天的賜予,總是覺得可惜,人的一生裡總是差了一點點,覺得有所遺憾,覺得少了一些值得懷念的東西。

我點選了甜餅,二是因為它勾起了我童年的回憶,想再一次吃回這甜餅的風味,重拾30多年前吃這甜餅的懷舊感覺。這些甜餅,曾經是香港當年街頭巷尾的美食,因為很多香港人的飲食習慣改變了而失傳了。在烹煮用具和火力,餅漿用料和調較,餡料的選用,在在和現在我們食到的格仔餅和夾餅,都是不同的,相差很遠的呢。

我點選了甜餅,三是因為這甜餅是最近由女店主再次由印尼引入回香港(2012年6月1日),女店主是印尼華僑,是印尼當地落地生根中國人的後代。她說,到現在,到過印尼首都雅加達(Jakarta)和山口洋(Singkawang)的旅客,都發現大街小巷,成行成市地售賣各式各樣的甜餅,已經將昔日的香港甜餅,發揚光大。印尼甜餅的印尼文是MARTABAK MANIS,其中的MANIS就是英文的SWEET,即是中文的"甜"。

這小店,與坊間的印尼雜貨店(TOKO)是不同的,它原先是港式小食,之後融入客家和印尼的食物,給了筲箕灣街坊在飲食上,多了一點點的另類選擇擇。

熱烘烘一盒四件的甜餅,整個外皮不是全個脆皮的,只有邊皮是有點爽脆的口感。上下餅皮食落有點煙韌。內裡餅肉有點像我們食過的黃金糕。餡料用上植物牛油,女店主應本人喜好加減砂糖,有自家炒得很香口的花生粒,她們不會塗上粗或幼的花生醬,花生粒食落好有大小,質感和層次的感受,非一般已經磨滑至幼滑的花生醬可比,最後加上蛋漿。既然是獨家炮製,這種風味,別具一格。

我喜歡在店外觀察,可以多些了解客人和食物的微妙關係,食客對食物的感覺和反應。一個巴基斯坦的女子急急腳路過這店,若有感觸,她回頭一望,眼光一閃,面上露出喜悅,她用手指著印尼甜餅的圗片,用半鹹半淡的廣東話說:我要這個。她取過甜餅,先用鼻子聞一聞,點點頭,轉過頭來,顯出好滿意好感激的樣子。原來在這甜餅路上,我不是孤單一人。
