最後係佢地自家製既雪糕,炭燒咖啡同抹茶,同你出面食到嘅完全唔一樣,炭燒咖啡有炭燒嘅苦,伴隨着奶香同剛好嘅甜味,抹茶一樣高質。冇諗過專心做串燒之餘,仲兼顧到甜品,真係好一絲不苟。

當晚我哋都有飲酒,啤酒清酒威士忌都有,隨心所欲非常盡興的一餐。又可以同師傅、老闆娘傾偈交流, 個個都好nice。做串燒真係一門學問,亦都好辛苦。師傅做咗20年,堅持要生燒,用料靚,就係為保持客人每次都食到一貫高水準,真係唔容易!

仲有好多嘢未試,好想試埋其他海鮮同野菜,仲有好多刁鑽部位😆! 今次食完個omakase 真係太飽了,下次一定會再黎🤍
