個日慶祝朋友最近生意幾好,揾左依間新開串燒店試吓,原來網上都有依間店既訪問,不過都係之後先見到有介紹,以下係我未睇訪問去食既感受。🤓當日坐係bar枱位睇住師傅燒嘢食,已經好吸引,坐bar枱仲有樣好處就係見到想食既,可以即刻問係乜食物,再即刻加單。😝老闆好好客,好好傾,傾開先知,依間係佢既新舖,舊個間都係係附近做左幾年街坊生意,食飯途中會有街坊入黎同佢傾偈打招呼。😂除咗氣氛好,環境好,食物都有質素,值得試吓。

一行4人第一次到訪,十分驚喜。
從串燒,燒飯團,甜品,都感受到師父的心血!
今晚試了燒日本蚝,白鱔,各式的雞皮料理,極之滋味!
特別喜歡,無骨翼尖&月見雞肉棒,暫時是我食過最優秀的!

話說說喺社交平台見到依間評價勁高嘅串燒店
睇吓OpenRice個個都讚好同埋睇得出係真心嘅食評

咁今日就book咗六點去試吓啦
滿心期待重早左半個鐘到
佢周圍都有好多食肆7-Eleven或者可以買嘢嘅地方
咁我週日買下野然後去舖頭食飯啦

一入嚟見到佢Menu有兩個我媽卡些
又有得散叫
裝修超級靚❤️所有員工老細就好有禮貌招呼超級好

依個時候想講一句我唔係打手因為我係喺個社交平台度見到今日特登去探險嘅

咁我就叫咗Omakase $598
咁佢就會有前菜啦廚師嘅沙律12串串燒、飯團加雞湯你可以揀雞或者三文魚仲有自家製雪糕

咁開始介紹佢會比一個自家製嘅醃蘿蔔俾你係我今日嘅有陣時可能會唔同同埋有一個芝麻醬豆腐蟹籽沙律一樣係好驚喜㗎因為呢都求其俾個沙律但係佢個豆腐蟹子沙律係好足料同埋好甜好新鮮

第一串就食新鮮燒雞皮超級香脆🤭

第二串雞皮天使🦐好鮮味好邪惡但係忍唔住食晒

第三串係雞尾又係冇得輸我最鍾意嘅嘢

第四串燒花菇又係好好味不過因為用秘製辣粉我又唔食辣所以覺得辣咗花菇好吸收味道不過都係好香

第五串依個好特別一定要介紹
燒雞翼尖但係冇骨嘅超級超級好食師傅仲叫我估我估唔到以為雞頸肉因為冇諗過有人會咁黐線可以咁有心機去拆依個肉俾人食🥰🥰🥰

第六串佢今日冇嘢係唔好食㗎無骨雞翼又係唔使啦骨又係我自愛又係一啖一粒又係超級正

第七吋串燒蘆筍非常之新鮮淡淡的原味加咗少少鹽非常之咁整清一清口腔繼續食好嘢

第八串呢個又係不能不推介因為佢係雞皮黑松露墨魚滑嗰浸香味脆口加埋墨魚滑嘅鮮甜我唔覺得有咩人可以抗拒到😍😍♥️😍

第九串鹽燒雞腎好食爆汁冇得挑剔

第十串燒山藥平時嘅我唔食山藥不過佢嘅秘製向了令我食晒兩舊

第11吋免治雞肉棒更難王旦黃真係唔可以唔講佢好抌本真係難王旦王係特別好食免治雞肉棒加埋質料真係想encore

跟住我應該影漏咗一串但係嗰個係雞肝都好好食

然後有一個燒雞或者燒三文魚飯團配雞湯超級正不過已經好爆個飯團我打包左返屋企

仲有自家製嘅雪糕我哋揀咗咖啡味同埋芝麻味都好好食

$598個咁嘅餐你唔係唔食啊我真係感動左
因為我真係好鍾意食串燒所以我有啲研究
佢用嘅嘢係超級好所以好想推薦比大家
