佢地仲好貼心留左壼木耳水俾我地,如果覺得太甜,就可以落木耳水自行調節。

配料當中,比較特別既係丁之麩同葛絲。丁之麩個口感好特別,有少少似麵根。而我會形容葛絲為比較滑身版本既紅薯粉,吸晒啲湯汁超好食😋 而另外要讚一下佢個豆腐,明明外表好「硬淨」,但食落口好滑,仲滑過豆腐花👍🏻

Didn’t bother taking picture of the hair- doubt it would be captured well anyway. Summoned manager who explained they didn’t have a kitchen- everything was made by the Chinese restaurant next door . 星期六過咗午飯時間,呢間同隔離中菜館都唔使等位,原來係同一集團,兩間食肆互通。我哋決定食日本嘢。前菜:一般沙律菜+一小片三文魚銀雪魚皮燒得香脆,魚肉入味,唔使沙律醬都一樣咁好味,食啲椰菜減少油膩感。雖然賣相唔係好靚,但豚肉好淋,冇豬蘇味,將生蛋、蔥撈埋飯加豬肉一齊食,好食又有口感。普通炸豆腐唔係特別好食,加咗紫菜絲、木魚絲又有另一番風味!平凡的小食都鬆脆唔油,唔會太鹹,餸啤酒一流😀,又有沙律菜解膩。贈送日本甜品真係好甜,硬硬哋,個人就麻麻。
