搵食想搵附近停到車的,於是嚟左八文樓一帶。老婆做完運動想減肥食得清淡啲,但見周圍都燒烤,咁就不如求祈喺泰國或越南菜館搵碗湯粉食就算。於是路過文苑街,見到呢間「泰地道」新新地,就行左入去,總好過又食老趙。老板娘見我地初嚟報道,用心推介左個三文魚沙律當頭盤,我地見呢道菜同減肥無咩衝突,又價錢適中,就欣然接受建議。我同老婆都點左個 BB 辣,好開胃,令到減肥中嘅老婆破戒食埋屬於我嗰份嘅肥美三文魚。我食親泰國野都通常飲椰青,呢度個椰青滿分!蒜蓉包香脆,無話太多硬「 掘掘」嘅包皮,夠哂蒜蓉。今次純粹路過,有驚喜,值得返轉頭。

今次光顧的食肆,是位於佐敦渡船角文苑樓的泰地道,泰式菜館,店子雖然不大,但裝修有誠意,感覺舒適,當我進入菜館時,老闆充滿親切笑容的一句 :歡迎光臨,感覺令人舒服,服務員服務態度也很好,很親切,值得表揚。我們一行四人,點了幾個菜式 : 柚子大蝦沙律, 青咖哩牛腩配蒜蓉多士, 泰式拼盤, 沙嗲串燒, 泰式青炒椰菜苗, 蟹肉炒飯。食品水準絕不俾任何高級泰國菜館低,其中柚子大蝦沙律$88, 以新鮮海蝦炒至半透明,配以帶有少少酸味的柚子,再加上炸魚仔,蝦米,自家制辣汁撈勻,味道可口,開胃,是餐前絕佳小菜,另一推介是泰式拼盤$148,以炸蝦餅,春卷,魚條,豬頸肉混合上碟,口感鬆脆,味道亦佳。 最後推介亦是我認為最值得一試的是蟹肉炒飯$88,雖然只是以雞肉及蟹肉炒飯,材料簡單,但飯粒爽身,一點都不油膩,陣陣蟹肉香味,充滿誘惑,絕佳好味。

甫入餐廳,並無待應,靜候良久,方見一位侍應妹妹由廚房步出,侍應妹妹示意我坐梳化位,我坐下梳化位細閱餐牌之際,老闆娘由廚房步出,見我坐在梳化位,一手指著門口位置,大聲吆喝:「先生坐嗰度!!!」面對突如其來的指責,其他客人無不轉頭看看。其實顧客大多都尊重餐廳的安排,犯不著用上如此態度喝令顧客。食物方面點了得香辣肉碎煎蛋飯,雖然不辣,不過質素尚好,接近本地口味,另外附帶餐湯,凍飲加7蚊,點了檸檬茶,味道像泰國茶,收費中價亦可接受。

今天好朋友和我吃生日飯,我選擇了這間餐厅,因我很喜欢泰國菜,我们一入到餐厅,服務員笑容親切安排我们入座,一坐下他们的員工推介好幾道招牌菜,我喜愛是生蝦刺身,蒜蓉飽,燒牛肉,柚子沙律,三文鱼沙律,值得一提是燒牛肉,肉質嫩滑,食落juice同5星級的扒房有得揮,我本人建議原味吃一片先,才加醬汁,因为原味才吃到牛肉本身的味道超正!泰式三文鱼沙律都幾特别,醬汁辣辣哋是员工介绍的,但我比較喜欢柚子沙律,最失望是無我最喜爱的木瓜絲沙律好彩有柚子沙律,全程晚餐員工好親切,每一道餸上枱都會解释一次,幫我们分菜,又會提我们有些食品一定要熱食,這種服務真是好窩心!

"馬拉盞炒椰菜苗" & "泰式咸魚炒介蘭":菜就係必叫食物,炒得唔會好油膩,菜新鮮,都OK。

"蟹肉炒飯" 全餐嘅所有餸,Lee個炒飯較為遜色咗D,因為其他餸都好惹味及又香又濃,佢呢就食唔出蟹肉既甜,都OK啦!

"泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉" Lee個同個飯比,我就覺得好好...好好...食喇!唔太油唔太濕,調味剛好,甜甜地,蝦又大隻好食,總之成個都好味啦!

同朋友黎試新開既泰國菜,個人覺得好讚,店員推介左燒牛肉同三文魚沙律,其他我自己揀:5成熟燒牛肉,因為怕羶味,平時好少食牛肉既我都試一舊,竟然我最後係食左3舊,燒牛肉食落一啲都唔羶,面都胡椒好香,肉好juice,點埋佢個汁真係絕,三文魚沙律我都係第一次試,原來泰國汁配三文魚都幾好食,平時食多幾舊會覺得好膩,新配搭好好食,再黎食個梅子肉碎蒸魚,啲魚肉好滑,啲汁好開胃,生菜包,肉碎唔肥炒得好香,生菜夠新鮮,燒肉炒椰菜苗,燒肉我覺得有啲肥(我鐘意食瘦肉多啲),椰菜苗好爽脆一啲都唔老,最後既甜品,梗係要食芒果糯米飯(我每次去泰國都會每日食一個,店員一早話幫我留定,因為好快賣晒),真係好特別,佢既糯米飯係溝左斑蘭同藍蝴蝶,好香,椰汁好濃又唔太甜,差左少少係因為店員話芒果唔係季節,所以唔夠甜,整體黎講好滿足。

7點到已坐滿幾枱客,好在早已訂位,去到即時有枱。環境坐得很舒服,服務一流,侍應和老板娘都好nice, 主動介紹菜式比我們,4個人幾乎食咗8人份量,因為乜都想試,特別係泰式燒牛肉和泰式三文魚,都encore 咗,呢度除咗主菜新鮮,就連配菜都係新鮮,份量很多,感受到廚房對每道菜都花過心思,價錢唔算貴,但食到高質素,好快會再來
