To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次復活節我哋定咗去珠海玩吓樂園食吓海鮮,其實港珠澳大橋係一個非常之方便過關嘅地方。所以我哋決定約埋晒朋友復活節假之前一晚就出發啦。但係佢哋未到我又肚餓成個港珠澳大橋口岸原來得一間餐廳就係翠華唯有食個早飯,款式一啲都唔多,所以簡簡單單食咗兩個潛艇一個叉燒雞蛋飯嗌咗杯飲品。跟住就等到隊友一齊過嚟過關啦。可能平時唔多人叫潛艇,所以潛艇足足等咗20分鐘先有啊。好彩我哋嘅時間好充足,慢慢等都仲有時間。下次都係過咗珠海先食啦。

翠華前幾年係香港一時無兩,分店偏佈港九新界,梗有一間係左近,甚至成為上市公司,到今日分店銳減到得幾間。今日如果唔係過珠海前想食嘢都未必食到翠華,望下餐牌個價錢都幾嚇親人,普普通通一個咖哩飯都成百蚊,睇到個生滾煲仔沙爹牛肉麵幾特別,同比較平,不過都要68蚊,決定食佢。來到個麵唯一特別之處係用煲仔裝住,成個麵同平時沙嗲牛麵係無分別,質素就一般般,價錢取勝,夠哂貴。

去到機場見到翠華走去食早餐, 翠華食咗咁多年, 食物已經越嚟越差, 機場所有餐廳都越做越好, 而翠華價錢絕不比其他餐廳平, 一份早餐正常60蚊以上! 但真係越嚟越難食! 早餐跟餐包問佢攞牛油要加兩蚊, 請問這是 一間什麼餐廳!!凍飲加錢就正常! 喺香港你有餐包就要跟牛油, 這是常識吧! 究竟你係想呃遊客錢定係覺得個牛油真係好貴 要咁樣收費! 下次嚟食會唔會刀刀叉叉紙巾都要收費! 不過絕無下次! 一間咁大曾經成功過嘅餐廳可以做到咁失敗! 簡直失敗之中嘅失敗!Bye 翠華!

今日經過翠華,又未餓,唔想食佢既飯,最後叫左個奶油豬!$20 😬😬😬唔算貴,不過味道真係好一般,個包又硬,而且佢又唔算焗得熱!成件事似自己買左個厚身既麵包,再查練奶同牛油。😂😂😂只能說無咩特別。不過係港珠港都無其他選擇食咩啦

翠華...呢個名我細細個就聽過啦...呢句野絕對唔誇張....今時今日香港....18區..一定最小一間翠華旅遊區...例如尖沙咀有3-4間都唔出奇今次被安排到港珠澳大橋呢面見客...成個大堂....除左7-11..就係翠華係餓既情況..好啦...翠華我來啦...食香港人最愛既焗豬72蚊...等左30分鐘...好新鮮...熱辣辣味道好正常...但係...D汁實在太小太小...下面D飯完成無可能有汁拌到....塊豬扒算大但唔夠厚身..以呢個價錢黎講..算係失望由於成個大堂得一間餐廳..所有要食野既遊客都集中係到..環境都偏向嘈雜..食完都唔想坐多陣休息了
