To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翠華前幾年係香港一時無兩,分店偏佈港九新界,梗有一間係左近,甚至成為上市公司,到今日分店銳減到得幾間。今日如果唔係過珠海前想食嘢都未必食到翠華,望下餐牌個價錢都幾嚇親人,普普通通一個咖哩飯都成百蚊,睇到個生滾煲仔沙爹牛肉麵幾特別,同比較平,不過都要68蚊,決定食佢。來到個麵唯一特別之處係用煲仔裝住,成個麵同平時沙嗲牛麵係無分別,質素就一般般,價錢取勝,夠哂貴。
