翠華餐廳通常星期日去食佢哋嘅醒神早餐,因為貪快,但係今次就體驗差少少,啲員工好似無視我一樣,我反覆詢問的炒蛋、豬仔飽,做乜禁耐都未出菜,仲搞到我哋遲到!😂🤣不過算啦!佢哋早餐都有好多選擇嘅,有歐陸早餐,張相就影到條魚柳好大條,未食過就唔知係真定假!不過佢哋啲質素好似退步,尤其佢個豬仔包越嚟越細個,我其實細細個都已經食佢哋,喺銅鑼灣總統戲院嗰邊嗰間,而家搬咗過嚟,我都仲嚟食,其實係有一份感情喺入邊,所以其實貴唔緊要,最緊要有競爭能力,食物質素要改善,員工的態度又係唔係好好,而家好多餐廳質素都好高又平!希望改善一下🐱👌我哋食左哥🐱雪菜肉絲米、朱仔 、熱檸水妹🐱鮑腿絲湯通粉、炒蛋、朱仔和熱奶茶我🐱鮑腿絲湯通粉、炒蛋、豬仔和熱檸水餐配咖啡或茶/凍飲要加$3/特飲加$15 continue reading

我與兒子剛進入店,有員工問我幾多位時,突然之間失去平衡,差點兒滑到在地,原來正踏在有一大攤醬汁的地上,幸好我及時企到起身,但是兩鞋子已經滿了醬油,我問在旁的侍應有沒有乾濕紙巾,她都沒有給,反而著意我去回近門排隊等位。我一面狼狽地去了。我哋去到有三個外籍客人剛入來,侍應叫我們跟著他們排隊,態度-般。我感到非常失望,因為我差唔多滑到,已經嚇到魂飛魄散,定過神來又沒有理,感覺很無奈。希望下次遇上同樣事情發生,員工有禮貌地回應,並時刻保持地面乾淨,免客人滑到,產生危險。好在沒有弄傷,感恩! continue reading

為咗翠華要我第一篇寫食評本身諗住食午餐鐵板餐,結果侍應同我講係用碟上問我O唔OK。梗係唔ok啦,我要食鐵板餐呀嘛!唔係用鐵板上仲學咩人叫鐵板餐。咁就轉食口水雞同埋白汁蘑菇煙肉煎龍脷柳扁意粉,叫咗紅,白湯各一,凍檸茶及凍奶茶走甜第一眼睇個白湯同紅湯個樣都正正常常,點知飲落就知龍與鳳!白湯杰過意粉汁,紅湯飲落質地似例湯,完全冇紅湯應有嘅味道同質地。 白湯飲落去極重麵粉質地,好似將忌廉湯同麵粉一比一咁樣煮落去,嘗試將佢擺落意粉,當意粉汁用,仲好用過佢原先個意粉汁,條條意粉都可以掛起啲湯!本身叫咗一個奶茶走甜,點知嚟到杯野勁甜,咁就叫個侍應姐姐嚟換。同佢講明本身叫咗走甜,但杯野仲係甜嘅,佢拋下一句:咁麻煩,就轉身換過一杯俾我。換返上嚟之後就叫我即場飲一啖睇吓仲有冇走甜,又同我講:我哋好唔得閒㗎,唔好一陣又話唔啱。 其實你哋唔做錯,咪唔使咁麻煩囉!飲晒碗湯,仲見到啲湯可以掛碗,從未見過啲咁杰身嘅湯我以後都唔會再嚟呢一間餐廳食飯,為免受氣,又要食好難食嘅嘢 continue reading
