To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講起茶餐廳,相信好多人都聽過翠華~間唔中又想食下茶記,行過土瓜灣呢間翠華見到座位闊落,環境乾淨企理,於是去試試佢最近質素如何😼見到有限時優惠,芝士奶蓋阿華田西多士+芝士奶蓋翠華奶茶都只係$46,咁嘅價錢真係抵到爛🥹西多士勁大份,芝士味唔係好食得出,但阿華田同奶蓋嘅組合已經好出色,出奇地唔會覺得好漏🙈翠華奶茶本身印象都唔差,今次再加上芝士奶蓋,奶香味更加濃郁,口感亦更加醇厚👍🏻鐵板選擇多樣,午餐鐵板薄牛扒拼牛仔腸只係$73,本身仲諗緊薄牛扒係咪同大家x早餐一樣,估唔到原來咁厚咁大塊,仲要有兩塊!抵食到呢🫣熟度恰到好處,牛香味重,冇咩油邊,啖啖肉🥩神之叉燒飯作為翠華招牌都係必食,叉燒外皮微焦、肥瘦均勻,厚切嘅口感好正,醃得非常入味~滑蛋蛋香味濃郁,配上秘製豉油真係食過翻尋味😋瑞士雞翼撈麵茶餐配埋嘢飲盛惠$50,雞翼有三大隻,肉質嫩滑飽滿且好入味👍🏻撈麵裹滿秘製醬汁好惹味~加$20轉特飲,試咗新出嘅荔枝紅莓沙冰,應該落咗唔少新鮮生果,冇咩藥水味,沙冰口感綿密、味道清爽可口,解暑一流😄 continue reading

位於土瓜灣馬頭角道33號欣榮商場地下8至10號舖的翠華餐廳,主打港式茶餐廳食物。當天為佛誕(公眾假期),筆者與家人於晚上七時入座。當晚入座率約為六成。翠華的燈光明亮,而且店舖環境和桌面也頗為乾淨整潔。店舖採用手機掃描二維碼下單,下單約十分鐘,食物便陸續上桌了。。📌神之叉燒飯 套餐 - $90配熱飲及時菜Chef's Specials - Steamed Rice with BBQ Pork & Scrambled Egg With Coffee/ Tea / Soup & Selected Vegetables神之叉燒飯是茶餐廳的其中一款熱門菜式。半肥瘦叉燒約有四至五件,口感鬆化。用蔥油炒的炒蛋的口感也頗為滑溜,味道香口。整個叉燒飯的醬汁也充足,感覺不會「乾爭爭」。飯的份量充足,男士也夠飽,同行父親吃這碗飯吃得不亦樂乎。。📌時菜Selected Vegetables是日時菜為菜心,色澤翠綠,熟度剛剛好。點一客時菜令是次晚餐更為營養更為均衡健康。。📌升級為凍檸檬可樂 +$13 套餐除了可選擇熱咖啡、熱奶茶外,還可以加錢轉配特飲。父親則點了冰爽醒神的凍檸樂,侍應送來了一個冰底及一罐可樂。父親高興得將可樂哇啦哇啦地倒進杯中。。📌秘製豬手撈麵 - $55Braised Pork Knuckles with Tossed Noodles母親則點了一客豬手撈麵,豬手的份量充足,有六件 (四大件,兩小件)。豬手腍得頗為入味軟腍,骨膠原充足。麵條熟度適中,口感彈牙。旁邊還有一碗湯作點綴,令整個用餐體驗更為濕潤順暢。筆者愛吃一口麵,再呷一口湯,梅花間竹。。📌忌廉鮮奶花茶 - (單點主食加配)$25母親加配了一款時令特飲:忌廉鮮奶花茶。特飲賣相美美的,充滿少女心。母親則覺得甜度略為濃烈了少許。。📌瑞士汁雞翼 - 5隻 - $65Swiss Sauce Chicken Wings - 5pcs瑞士雞翼也是茶餐廳的其中一款拿手菜式,也是整頓晚餐令筆者最為印象深刻。雞翼相當入味,吸滿了瑞士汁。。每隻雞翼除了有雞中翼,還有雞翼尖的部分,感覺比單單吃雞中翼更為滿足。輕輕撕開外皮,裡面的雞翼仍能保持滑嫩,可見廚師在滷煮瑞士雞翼時,溫度和時間拿捏得相當精準細緻。 continue reading

翠華相信香港人一定唔會陌生,不過近年都好多分店結業,難得土瓜灣仲有得食,今日黎開呢度就入去食個飯睇下依家變成點😎晚餐A黑椒牛肩扒($93)呢個晚餐就犀利,有餐湯,有牛油豬仔包,仲有野飲,唔洗$100有齊,好抵食,塊牛扒仲要勁大件,質素都唔差,用鐵板上,提供埋圍裙以為落汁滴污糟件衫,餐可以配飯,意粉,薯菜,我就揀左意粉,係茄汁意粉,呢個餐真係好豐富😍冠軍焗豬扒飯($75)焗豬扒飯size都唔細,豬扒都唔韌,味道比平時快餐店既好😉芝士奶蓋 X阿華田西多($35)呢個西多幾有驚喜,d芝士奶蓋醬同個西多好夾,有d好飲手搖飲品既味,佢勁多醬,好正😋白灼菜心苗配 海鮮豉油($25)見佢個菜唔算貴就嗌左碟,佢係用豉油唔係用蠔油,但又唔會好咸,合格🥬凍檸茶(跟餐+$3)凍奶茶(跟焗飯+$15)飲品跟單點食物要加$15,晚餐就+$3,差好遠,所以我覺得晚餐好抵食🤣翠華算係高級茶記,我都覺得比一般茶記舒服,食物都可以,但又做到抵食,唔明點解得番咁少分店,有d可惜,佢值得更多😗 continue reading

這天中午到附近的茶餐廳吃午餐,看到翠華的餐牌有些特別的菜式,不只是普通茶餐廳的碟頭飯麵,還有很多花款的食物和飲品呢~尤其飲品有我喜歡的粉紅色主題唷,滿滿的少女心~♡芫荽蕃茄牛肉滑蛋魚湯飯$68 🥢必點🥢看到是期間限定所以就來嚐一下,熱騰騰的吃起來很有溫度啊!用上寧夏芫荽配鮮茄魚湯,魚湯有蕃茄、牛肉、滑蛋和菇,味道很鮮甜,不過芫荽控的朋友表示芫荽可以再多一點呢!哈哈~♡秘製海南雞飯$75配上油飯、湯、前菜和醬汁。前菜有開胃的醃製蘿蔔,醬汁是薑蓉和甜豉油,而湯裏有紅蘿蔔、豬肉、南北杏,煲湯的豬肉來說肉質也頗軟腍。海南雞已經去骨,可以啖啖肉吃,配上香氣十足的油飯,不錯。♡公司三文治伴薯條$60附有薯條更飽肚,三文治皮經烘過,外皮香脆,餡料非常豐富呢!有雞蛋、午餐肉、蕃茄、生菜、芝士、火腿,加上沙律醬,豐富的滋味。🍹看到粉紅「夠冰」系列飲品粉紅色控的我,當然點了兩杯唷~♡忌廉鮮奶花茶 單點$35 單點加配$25 跟餐轉配$20美美的粉紅色,表面有雪白的忌廉和花瓣。♡荔枝紅莓沙冰 單點$35 單點加配$25 跟餐轉配$20🥢必點🥢 夏天非常適合,冰涼透心帶點荔枝紅莓的果味。✖️餐廳不設加一服務費 continue reading
