To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳頗大,但侍應人少,明顯人手不足,提供餐具洗的不乾淨,換了餐具,還是要自己出去盛杯熱水洗一下餐具。
食物水平不行,餐湯只是微溫,可能是怕人客燙傷。雞也是微溫,味道尚可,意粉是常溫🤣🤣。最正常是餐凍檸茶,有冰的,凍的。盛惠港幣62元。
由于赶时间,先吃点东西就要马上起行。走到欣荣花园的翠华解决。由于是周日,也要在店外等了几分钟才可安排。
店外有宣传他们新推出素食口味,属于健康饮食。
每张桌子的玻璃下面都有餐单,涵盖了大部分东西。
吃一个传统的港式早餐,沙爹牛肉公仔面的份量确实不少,沙爹汁恰到好处,汤香浓又不咸。虽然牛肉的口感一般的,但我仍是把汤喝到一滴不留。
炒蛋和面包都有水准,面包软熟,加热后再搽一点牛油,与咖啡是很好的搭配。
埋单是39元,价格不贵,性价比算高。
今次我試其他野食:沙爹牛肉河但我鐘意配公仔面🍜,所以我同個姐姐講沙爹牛肉河轉面。點知,來到的是鹼水麵。個配搭好奇怪⋯⋯
但個沙爹肥牛是好味的🥳!所以我第二次再接再厲叫它!我還特登同姐姐講轉公仔面🍜
但還是來了鹼水麵!我很失望呀⋯⋯
我念在它其他野食都不錯奶茶也ok!所以俾多次機會它!

呢日同媽媽嚟到翠華撐枱腳,見到用Omnipork整成嘅兩款新菜式,就決定每人試一隻。
首先將Omnipork同白菌粒、甘筍粒、西芹粒、香草等等炒香,撈埋番茄、茄醬同煮,整成肉醬。
肉醬相當入味,配上半生熟煎蛋,篤穿蛋黃撈埋蛋汁同肉醬一齊送飯,勁惹味!
呢個新豬肉芝味焗意粉外貌同肉醬意粉無異😳
同普通肉醬一樣,Omnipork整成嘅肉醬同芝士都係perfect match。
同意粉一齊焗好後熱辣辣,帶點焦香嘅芝士可以拉絲,惹味至極✨
兩款配以Omnipork新豬肉嘅菜式都無減真豬肉嘅味道同質感,更加健康,又啱素食者食,價錢仲幾相宜添,不妨一試呀🤪
