To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. - 蝦子珍珠
首先係香煎龍脷柳伴海蝦球套餐。忌廉湯味道ok,平平無奇。龍脷柳味道唔差亦都唔太細塊,奇怪在於海蝦球。我搵左一陣搵唔到海蝦球,同個侍應講冇蝦,佢拎返一粒比我,後來先發覺家人原來係魚柳底搵到一粒(一隻手指公咁上下大細),即時覺得好冇癮。
然後係豬軟骨配魚蛋米線套餐。呢個餐食得過,起碼冇偷工減料,魚蛋同豬軟骨都幾入味,個湯底都食得出冇乜味精。
另外個凍檸茶少甜少冰水準ok,正合我口味。
這裡有幾種早餐,不過我食來食去都係B餐,包括有牛油豬仔、沙爹牛肉麵、煎無公害雞蛋,凍咖啡另加$3,共$38。
牛油豬仔,外皮好脆,只係牛油少D,雞蛋本來係炒蛋,不過我改了煎雙蛋,賣相都幾差,不過好有雞蛋味。
沙爹牛肉麵,沙爹味只在牛肉,個湯只有些少許沙爹味,牛肉都幾淋身,至於麵質就比較硬,我喜歡浸一、兩分鐘先食,因爲我會先加入辣椒油,咁麵就可以吸收D湯,仲會好味些。
我喜歡這裡的凍咖啡,因為會有些咖啡粉在冰上面,不過今次太多忌廉,咖啡味無乜,好彩可以換返。
呢度辣椒油都幾辣,唔好加咁多。
可以保守啲可以食翠華餐廳
早上10點半已經來到土瓜灣, 對於我來講假日要今早來到土瓜灣真是有點吃力. 不過今日晏晝會入大澳行街食嘢, 所以今日比平時早起身, 少有可以食到早餐
與男朋友叫了一個歐陸早餐以及一個菠蘿油

外型同all day breakfast 一樣, 除此之外仲有一條即叫即炸嘅深海炸魚柳
酥炸魚柳好實肉又有口感, 炒蛋味道比較淡口, 同埋冇想像中咁滑身. 整體而言都不錯喔!
菠蘿油單叫 $11
價錢的確幾抵食, 而且呢度有冰鎮牛油, 食菠蘿油食得夠氣勢啦掛😏😏😏
菠蘿油食得出好新鮮, 內裏嘅麵包鬆軟無比, 配上牛油的確係完美嘅配搭
今日呢個早餐真係食得好豐富❤️

都明白到現今物價高 要求又高
但其實仲有好人都係想簡簡單單食個包 只係要好味啲 晏晝經過翠華 早餐太豐富未算好餓
但唔食又怕轉頭會肚餓 咁不如食個包??
其實都唔明點解成日有人排隊買架
今次就試下啦 入面係半固體 類似有句咁既奶黃 甜甜地 好重奶黃味
同個包好鬆軟既質感好夾 一咬就鬆開左 個面層鬆化得黎又唔會好散
新鮮出爐 熱住食 好味
所以個雞尾包饀唔算好流心咁 但包面好有口感 厚而不硬
饀夠香同甜 而且個包有平時既兩個咁大
我食完都飽晒 本來想飲埋佢個奶茶 但太飽 下次啦
雪山奶皇包,口感實在,奶皇很幼滑,感覺有點像很滑的布丁。
這裡的麵包的確不像有些麵包店的出品像吃了風一樣,完全沒有飽肚感,是個價錢親民但味道口感滿分的選擇!
下午茶時段客人稀少,可隨意找張自己覺得合適的餐桌,侍應留意到有客人,即時迎接遞上了餐牌並推展有下午茶供應,我只翻過餐牌一會兒便點餐,點了香港既普遍又好吃的食物——菠蘿油、蛋撻以及奶茶。
菠蘿油熱騰騰,夾入鮮牛油熱溶浸入包裡更香口美味,外皮脆口,吃入口外脆內軟,再配上奶茶更完美。
