To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翠華餐廳於香港迄立多年,總有其原因。今晚嚟食兩個鐵板餐,有港式風味之餘,亦見餐廳已經配合新一代,有自助落單,食鐵板餐仲有貼心而可愛嘅小圍裙添!

翠華特色食物要數豬仔包了,食扒餐配番一個,可以順道試埋。雞扒配蒜蓉汁好好味,而薯菜唔係用薯條,係用焗薯仔🥔、椰菜同三色椒🫑

羅宋湯都係非常港式,少少辣,好開胃。牛柳揀咗7成熟,比想像中軟腍,什至好過一啲本地扒房/西餐廳。

今晚如常到屋企附近食晚飯,揀咗將軍澳嘅TKO Spot (前尚德商場),先叫70蚊嘅”神之叉燒飯” (叉燒滑蛋飯),加埋油菜同飲品就90,照舊走葱😂。
嚟到睇個樣已經震驚,啲叉燒就咁睇樣已經好堅,食落去如同海綿般,軟腍腍,帶啲肥膏,脆脆哋嘅邊,甜甜地嘅蜜糖。老實講,有啲新桂香嘅影子。不過真係要趁熱食,凍咗會差啲。另外,蛋包飯亦都受惠於叉燒嘅甜味,食落一啲都唔厭,唔似普通食白飯咁😅。
跟住叫咗個鐵板餐,”黑椒牛柳粒軟殼蟹配薯菜”。黑椒味好濃好香,襯托個牛柳粒到非常唔錯,其實呢個組合應該配白飯😂。軟殼蟹好完整,成個蟹形,入邊真係有蟹肉。鐵板餐本身已經跟奶油豬同埋湯,所以係好豐富。
我哋仲特登叫咗兩杯特飲,”手打檸檬茶”同”手打士多啤梨檸檬茶”。感覺上士多啤梨檸檬茶特別啲,有好多士多啤梨肉。
左加右加,叫到成枱都係嘢,先223,原來已經可以咁豐富。

六舊叉燒非常厚Juicy,肥瘦相間~有好多蜜汁喺上面,亦都唔會燒過燶,跟餐仲附有一小碟嘅叉燒蜜汁,撈飯一流
呢個叉燒飯伴以厚厚的蔥炒滑蛋,睇落好吸引🤩食落亦非常有口感,因為呢個滑蛋實在落得太多蛋啦🤣🤣🤣
下午茶最鍾意食麻辣嫩雞米線,估唔到晚市都有呢個米線食😍
今次仲加咗兩嚿脹卜卜嘅牛筋,麻辣湯底嘅味道香濃,加埋嫩滑雞件,係一個低卡路里嘅選擇!
以前返學等車都係買佢哋嘅包做早餐,又熱又脆~所以嚟到翠華梗係要食佢哋嘅菠蘿包! 今次好好彩嗌咗佢哋剩返一個嘅菠蘿叉燒包($15)~菠蘿嘅皮好脆,叉燒夠蜜味,熱辣辣嘅包想唔好食都難🤣🤣
公司三文治有火腿芝士、蕃茄、生菜及沙律醬,食落有蕃茄嘅鮮味同埋沙律醬,加埋烘底嘅麵包令人無法抗拒!
最後仲食咗兩個黑松露雞皇批($12),估唔到呢個價錢可以食到黑松露嘅配料,出面買一個雞批都已經Over$12~ 咬落,除咗有雞嘅白汁味道,仲帶有少少黑松露香氣,仲要唔使加一~性價比都幾高
神之叉燒飯 - 呢個係每日限量發售,單點係$70 ,跟餐飲/湯 $80,跟餐飲/湯同菜 $90。賣相非常吸引,叉燒厚切,肥瘦適中,有咬口,蛋炒得香滑。
至潮魚蛋片頭牛腩河 - 片頭河本身$42,加$15點埋牛腩。魚蛋片頭入口夠晒彈牙,牛腩亦入味夠淋,味道好正。
脆「嘩」奶油豬 ($22)- 呢個係必食推介,鍾意佢嘅奶油豬整得香脆,配埋牛油同埋煉奶,非常高質。
飲品分別點咗凍奶茶(跟餐+$3)及手打檸檬茶(單點$38)各一杯,手打檸檬茶係店員嘅推介,入口充滿檸檬香味,啱晒天時暑熱飲,非常解渴。奶茶亦保持一貫水準,茶味濃郁,香滑好飲。
餐廳店員非常殷勤有禮,環境亦舒適好座,雖然都多人幫襯,但勝在餐廳座位夠多,唔需要等太耐就可以入座。
餐廳菜色繁多,樣樣出色,不時有新菜式推出。最近新出神之叉燒飯,就點了呢個。
