To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. “神之叉燒飯”?…今晚如常到屋企附近食晚飯,揀咗將軍澳嘅TKO Spot (前尚德商場),先叫70蚊嘅”神之叉燒飯” (叉燒滑蛋飯),加埋油菜同飲品就90,照舊走葱😂。嚟到睇個樣已經震驚,啲叉燒就咁睇樣已經好堅,食落去如同海綿般,軟腍腍,帶啲肥膏,脆脆哋嘅邊,甜甜地嘅蜜糖。老實講,有啲新桂香嘅影子。不過真係要趁熱食,凍咗會差啲。另外,蛋包飯亦都受惠於叉燒嘅甜味,食落一啲都唔厭,唔似普通食白飯咁😅。跟住叫咗個鐵板餐,”黑椒牛柳粒軟殼蟹配薯菜”。黑椒味好濃好香,襯托個牛柳粒到非常唔錯,其實呢個組合應該配白飯😂。軟殼蟹好完整,成個蟹形,入邊真係有蟹肉。鐵板餐本身已經跟奶油豬同埋湯,所以係好豐富。我哋仲特登叫咗兩杯特飲,”手打檸檬茶”同”手打士多啤梨檸檬茶”。感覺上士多啤梨檸檬茶特別啲,有好多士多啤梨肉。左加右加,叫到成枱都係嘢,先223,原來已經可以咁豐富。
