To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有冇人同我一樣好鐘意菠蘿油呢!係香港茶餐廳獨特風格!重點係⋯牛油要厚切!最好凍冰冰得泥軟軟地嘅!好肥呀但好鬼正,得閒要放肆下!翠華嘅新鮮出爐菠蘿包好脆脆!!

呢個米線就係我嘅輕食下午茶常居於首位,
因為係最抵食,魚旦最彈牙,必定要記得要加埋辣椒油先夠正呀!

#唔會忘人生第一口翠華奶油豬豬嘅感動moment
輕食下午茶系列。
反正地下翠華有大量座位,於是入內就座。
有多款下午茶,而目標就是份量無需大,不用太飽的茶餐。
本想要個菠蘿包配奶茶6+19=25,但菠蘿油套餐才26蚊。
加1蚊多一塊牛油,計落菠蘿油套餐抵D。
有冰鎮牛油,保證硬掘掘的真牛油。
菠蘿包表皮有脆脆,而底下包身不夠軟熟,有點乾。
包身對比上方的黃金脆脆,也不算甜。
把牛油刮片塗在包內,慢慢鋪滿二邊。
大口大口地享用,真係好滿足,好放縱呀! 茶酒
以銀匙攪一攪,匙上没有鍊奶積聚。
嚐一口茶酒,無甜味,是正常的奶茶:加花奶。
既然奶茶已在眼前,無謂浪費,費事退換,夾硬飲左佢。

之後生左粒大倉,都知咩事啦!
晚餐點了2 款食物 :
1. 海南雞飯 : 那碟雞好似剛從雪櫃拿出來, 冰冰凍凍, 更被一層雪凍的厚油包著, 那碗油飯更離譜, 除咗凍之外, 更乾乾硬硬, 好似隔夜冷飯一樣 !
2. 忌廉粟米豬扒飯 : 豬扒冇味, 乾到好似柴皮一樣, 仲要係變壞“酸”咗, 更經典係當晚跟飯的配菜竟然是“咖喱蘿蔔”, 試想像咖喱蘿蔔放在忌廉粟米汁內的味道是什麼味道, 感覺就好似㕑房剩什麼就給你吃什麼, 簡直不知所謂, 九唔搭八 !
最後, 當然取消了那個“忌廉粟米汁溝咖喱蘿蔔配酸豬扒飯”。以這樣的價錢換來這樣低劣質素的食物, 為免再次中伏, 幫襯前都要諗清楚 !
今天去買麵包 , 麵包員工姐姐只顧聊天沒理會我存在都算 (這情況可說見慣不怪的感覺) , 我就等他們一下 ,
我說 : 奶黃包唔該 , 麵包員工姐姐說 : 菠蘿包?
我再說 : 奶黃包
我給他$20 , 他找回我$6
我說 : 我給你$20 , 他望一望收銀機後說 : 你要2個
我說 : 我要1個
我覺得工作時間同同事傾計是無可厚非但常常因傾計影響工作是難以忍受
