I was there for dinner yesterday. I ordered a plate of assorted sushi and tempura udon.Fish was really dry and presentation was not very appetizing. Tempura's oil was old so it smelled bad. The noodles and the broth was ok.The workers were so busy drying dishes and did not pay attention to us at all.The bathroom was really scary dirty. I don't think I will go back again.

Order完唔夠5分鐘就到齊,我們食完馬上已執乾淨張檯,跟著再擺張單係我們檯面,再過10分鐘見我們無埋單,再擺個”留位”牌係我們張檯,喂,大佬呀,果時12點9咋,即係12點半已經趕我哋走啦,無下次囉!

走進這日本餐廳,原想找些好吃的食物,但今次是有點失望而回。叫了一個特上魚生飯。份量是略嫌少了點的,更可惜是食物質素真是有點下降了(是因為食物來資不是從日本來嗎?)。先說魚生,雪味較重,不夠新鮮。吃到飯時,醋的份量太重,太酸了,真的要注意一下。

I was home alone and didn't feel like going out to get something to eat. I thought I would try to go for a healthier option than just ordering pizza or a curry. I saw this place online and thought I would try it. I liked the fact that I could choose each item of sushi/sashimi separately from the menu.

Scallop sashimi: 3 good-sized scallops, creamy and delicious - this is my favourite kind of sashimi. In fact I love anything with scallops so I was very happy with this.


Roasted sushi set - 1 piece each of hamachi, salmon & scallop: each was barely seared to warm it and give it a nice roasted feel on the outside but still tender and delicious. It had cooled perfectly by the time it got to me.

Chopped tuna with onion hand roll: DIY as in the supermarket, where you have to put the seaweed on yourself to retain maximum freshness.

Prawn cutlet maki - 4 pieces: this fought with the scallop sashimi for top place. It was absolutely delicious. A big succulent deep-fried prawn, again it was freshly cooked & had cooled to taste just barely warm by the time it got to me. Lovely.


A little niggle: a dozen packets of soy sauce & just one of wasabi? Really? Luckily, I keep a tube of wasabi in the fridge


This is the first time I've ever ordered sushi for home delivery & I was very happy with the result. I may check out he shop/restaurant as I don't live too far away. Restaurant quality sushi at restaurant prices, it's true, but the same can be said for most restaurants that deliver.

在中環要找比較廉價的餐廳已經不容易,要找廉價的日本餐廳更是沒有可能一般。但很好彩,與同事無聊的在結志街的街市走走,竟然給我們找到這一間日本餐廳。套餐一百蚊都唔使。走進這間細小的餐廳,不論是裝修及氣氛都有小許日本的感覺,可能是因為夠細吧(又或者是自己實在太久沒去日本了,有一點掛住)叫了一個雞扒便當。先來的當然是麵豉湯啦。喜歡它淡淡的,不會太咸,但又不會不夠味。再來就是便當了。見到這麼多的食物真的很開心。雞扒的外皮是脆脆的,肉也有雞味,不錯。炒菜熱熱的,尚算可口。還加有水果:哈密瓜加蘋果。只是魚生比較失色,不夠鮮。但整體上真是一個令人歡喜的日式午餐。

冷盤過後,其實已半飽. 本來對其魚生飯很有興趣,但一致認為胃納有限,只好棄愛. 最終要了串燒雞腎($22), 雞腎爽口,是佐酒最佳的配搭. 本仍在炸蝦餅和炸蝦卷中徘徊,但見鄰枱的餃子,心動了但又怕肉太多,但看到餐牌說是自家製,聽來又很吸引,最終也點了
. 自家製餃子($28), 皮薄餡料又多,菜比肉多,熱騰騰的是吃過最好的餃子.

服務不錯,小店侍應還很熱情,但總括而言冷盤,壽司等有點遜色.熱葷還不錯,還被餐牌的鰻魚飯和清酒煮蜆吸引,期待下次再來,但會先試新目標---森壽司.

1點幾去食lunch原本同同事lum住去食勝香園不過估唔到仲有人o係度排緊隊於是就轉左去食呢間築地還好冇令我失望食左個$58牛肉定食有湯有刺身有生果d三文魚刺身都算新鮮菜就麻麻,不過純粹係本人唔鍾意食菜頭o者~地方唔係好大不過我地食o個陣大部分人已經開始賣單間野又有d雜誌擺出黎俾人睇成個感覺唔多似日式料理店反而似一間小菜館價錢對照食物質素我覺得係抵食ge!

門口的招牌與上次來時明顯華麗許多,推開門一樣見到一位年輕師父站在壽司檯內。非上班時段的結志街人並不多,店裡僅有四位妙齡少女嘰哩呱拉的開心聊天。

我們挑了最後面靠近廚房的位置坐下,座位依然是小小巧巧,椅子是沒有靠背、坐久了會不舒服的,不過餐牌有重新設計過,讓大力女王保持一樣的習慣,繼續把餐牌當作小說一樣慢慢看,我則是透過壽司檯的門縫觀察,壽司檯內的地面還蠻乾淨。

服務生妹妹很勤快,不停替我們斟上暖呼呼冒著熱煙的日式麥茶,可惜茶味有點淡。

大力女王點了用店名當菜名、應該是店裡招牌的「築地拉麵」,端上來的賣像與餐牌上的照片相差不多,有香菇、日式炸豬扒、糖心蛋、日式叉燒、鳴門卷、海苔、紫菜等,相當豐盛。

可惜多數火候都不佳。炸豬排太老、日式叉燒太肥太老,最重要的是大力女王整餐都一直在念著:「湯怎麼不夠熱呢?湯頭的味道還不錯,但是怎麼會不夠熱呢?」

我則點了「海鮮拉麵」,送上來的賣相與餐牌上的照片則是相差頗多!餐牌上的海鮮整個是滿出來的,但眼前這碗拉麵的海鮮多數都沉沒在湯中,賣像大打折扣。

海鮮種類相當繁複而豐盛,有蝦、鮑魚、烤扇貝、蟳味棒、章魚、花枝、鳴門卷等等,但是依然是火候不佳。

蝦燙的太老而乾身;鮑魚與花枝都韌了點;扇貝烤過應該更有口感,但入口卻覺得過於鬆散;章魚咬勁不夠;最糟糕的是蟳味棒外熱內凉。

麵的口感不錯,夠彈牙與爽口,湯頭的味道也融合的剛好,應該是以豬骨為湯底,有點奶味與白味增。但很奇怪的是真的不夠熱,可能是買調理包來加熱,而非店家自己下去熬的(純屬猜測)。

最值得一讚的是拉麵必備的「豆芽菜」,很細心的去頭去尾,留下最有清脆口感也是最好吃的部分。

最後送上沒有什麼菇的「什菇炒野菜」。很不吝嗇的放上大量柴魚片增添香味,但掩蓋不了高麗菜有土味、葉莖過大而不脆,而且也是炒的過老。

炒的過老是沒辦法的,因為這個高麗菜應該不是什麼上等貨色,必須要炒的久,葉莖才會變軟。

中、上環哪裡有好吃的拉麵店呢?不禁讓我又開始懷念台北舊公司附近,隱身在巷弄之內的「九九拉麵」了!

和同事吃晚飯 大家都沒葚甚麼胃口於是叫了幾件壽司, 羊架和串燒牛舌壽司- 認真麻麻, 尤其是赤貝, 並不新鮮和有腥味; 壽司飯是失敗之作, 不像是日本珍珠米, 似普通飯和太秥口了, 我的同事到後來連飯又不吃, 只吃上頭的刺身羊架- 真的不錯, 熱辣辣上枱, 調味適中, 啖啖肉, 真是一個不錯的選擇牛舌- 這個牛舌也不錯吃, 不會太韌, 有令人胃口大開的feel!
