每日咁辛苦為咩,成日聽我老豆講,辛苦得黎至在食,唔通晚晚兩餸飯,咁樣做人有咩意思,不如試下唔同地道風味菜式,上環呢間主打家庭式葡國菜「TUGA 2 Go by Casa do Vasco」,就好似住家飯咁,每樣野都落足料,同時不乏味道,淨係呢點已經抵讚!👇📌Wine List - ▪ FUGAZ Vinho Verde Doc Portugal - $400▫ 用上葡萄牙東北部100% Loureiro白葡萄品種,顏色睇落金黃通透,飲落係有獨特既葡萄香味,配上之後既海鮮都係非常夾,特別出色。📌Starter - ▪ Pork Ear Salad - $158▫ 第一道前菜先試左個「豬耳沙律」,賣相好colorful,當中有橄欖、Olive oil、 蕃茄、洋蔥、Parsley,豬耳煙煙韌韌,好有咬口,成件事好清新開胃。▪ Piglet Samosa - $78/2pcs▫ 跟住呢個「葡式乳豬咖哩角」食落外層相當鬆化,裡面食到乳豬既質感,帶少少咖哩香味,相當惹味。▪ Fish Soup - $128▫ 由北部產地既傳統「葡式魚湯」,一入口係新鮮滾熱辣,魚鮮味不斷係味蕾衝擊緊你,啖啖都咁鮮香,值得一試。📌Main - ▪ Portuguese Seafood Rice - $385/Normal ▫ 好有幸食到真係當地人烹調既「正宗葡國海鮮飯」,飯身係煮到非常腍滑,有少少中式果種泡飯,但鮮味十足,同時海鮮有蝦、蜆、青口、魷魚、加埋Pasley同埋洋蔥,多種香味層次,非常滿足。▪ Slow Cooked Squid Tentacles (Pota) - $298 ▫ 第二道主菜試左個「慢煮魷魚鬚」,chef真係用心即叫即整,一上枱原條魷魚鬚,視角真係好震撼,魷魚經慢煮肉質變得軟腍但極富彈性,再配上無炸過薯仔,飽肚又好味。▪ Baked Pork Belly - $280/Regular ▫ 第三道「慢焗豬腩肉」好有驚喜,外層係做到比乳豬皮更加脆口,係脆到索索聲,酥脆到不得了,腩肉位置夠油香得黎又唔會太膩,岩岩好,呢個真係要一試!▪ Portuguese Egg Tart - $30/38▫ 某連鎖店既葡撻我真係食得多,而且係死忠級數,但今晚呢個真係正宗葡萄牙出品兼新鮮出爐既「葡撻」,絕對係兩個層次,分別試左個原味、焦糖、朱古力味,食落係滿滿既蛋香,外層鬆化,配上自家製雪糕超級好食! continue reading

最近有朋友邀請,前往上環一家隱藏版的葡國私房菜館聚餐,整個用餐經歷令我非常難忘!地下是零售店,餐廳位於樓上,這裡的料理氣氛猶如置身於葡國家庭,充滿溫暖和親切感,菜式一道道送上。我們點了幾道招牌葡國菜色,每一道都令人難忘。首先是秘製燉雞腎店,雞腎份量超多的,肉質鮮嫩,醬汁入味,帶點嚼勁。另一道葡式燒乳豬炒薯絲也讓我驚艷,乳豬切成小件,肉質Q彈多汁,搭配香脆的薯絲,層次豐富。接下來的焗鱈魚忌廉薯蓉同樣出色,嫩滑的鱈魚配上綿密濃郁的薯蓉,口感豐富。葡式燒乳豬則是整頓飯的亮點,肉質鮮香,帶有濃郁的燒烤香氣,乳豬皮香脆,是經典的葡國滋味,絕對是必嘗之選。主菜還可選擇慢煮魷魚鬚,這個也不錯,魷魚鬚超巨型,但煮到剛好不會太老,鮮嫩可口,配以獨特的調味,回味無窮。最後,我們還品嚐了正宗的葡撻配雪糕,葡撻即叫即焗,新鮮出爐夠香滑,酥皮有層次,配搭草莓雪糕不會太甜。總括來說,這晚為我帶來了難忘的用餐體驗,濃濃的葡式家庭風情令人難忘。如果你也想一嘗正宗的葡式家常菜,,我強烈推薦你提前預訂前來一探究竟! continue reading
