雖然同公司同事唔太FD,不過聖誕例牌要食餐飯,好在老闆無孤寒,去得食既都係有信心保証既餐廳黎左西環tulsi and wine,下午唔BOOK位都幾難有位,因為LUNCH好多人黎食我地公司8個人坐一張大枱,每人食自己想食既野,唔會SHARE,算係鬼佬傳統掛天多羅燒雞,其實姐係鐵板燒雞熱辣辣咁上枱,聞到已經相當惹味雞肉嫩滑,而且加埋特制醬汁,絕對夠曬味份量對一人黎講絕對足夠咖哩薯仔,印度咖哩比普通咖哩會濃味D,但薯仔比較滑身,所以入味得黎唔會煮得太林不過食埋薯仔真係飽曬,想食多D都唔得雖然唔係咁鍾意同事,不過都要講聲聖誕快樂

芒果夠清甜,但大一大杯,不少冰塊,不太抵飲,但味道真岀眾,飲佢好過連鎖的甜飲,也比什麼也無加的普通果汁更特別。

食後感:環境舒服,坐位不少,食物挺高質,唔黎試唔得,無耐又想食無耐又會去想食,掂!再者,對港島上班的我來說,過來很就腳,久不久就想來細味一下,重温一番。

2) Cheese Naan 芝士烤餅 (2星)

- 一樣,又係冇乜芝士味


- 雖然你見到d芝士(面頭有+溶晒+夾起拉絲),但你只係會食到少少芝士味,但比黑松露果隻多

3) Beef Masala 瑪莎拉牛肉 (3.5星)

- 單純論個汁既味道,其實可以既…用黎點Naan都好食既,少少辣但香濃既

- 一份大約有一個拳頭既牛肉(切成6-7粒左右),份量還可以

- 但係6粒入面,有2/3粒超un…過熟


- 做唔到連d牛肉味都滲入個汁度

4) Lamb with Indian spices 香草羊肉 (4星)

- 呢個醬汁,我覺得豐富少少,因為佢加左蕃茄去整,食落除左咖哩香,辣外,帶點微酸,幾開胃


- 羊肉處理得比牛肉好,無咁un 亦唔酥


- 不過都係做唔到將羊肉味滲入個汁度


5) Fish Tikka 烤無骨魚 (4.5星)


- 最辣反而係呢味! 好惹味,岩晒賴生


- 魚肉好特別,有唔同口感既,應該係唔同位置,有d會似龍躉炒球既口感,有d彈口d,會接近食蝦既口感


- 同埋好多菜上呀,有椰菜,紅蘿蔔同紫洋蔥,夾埋d魚肉食好正

- 另外既係,佢有跟一兜仔乳酪醬,少少酸酸甜甜,好岩屈小姐用黎點,中和番佢個辣度

Terrible service/ experience. Would never go back or recommend to friends.
Manager/ staff refused to let us use the Entertainer (a paid app that entitles its users to have buy one get one on main courses). The app clears states: buy one get one for MAIN COURSES. Before ordering, the manager and staff made it clear that the food we ordered (Reshmi kebab and prawn masala) count as MAIN COURSE. But upon payment they said only curry was allow for Entertainer usage.
When we reasoned that we paid money for the App, which states in writing that it's good for main courses, without specifying any exceptions anywhere that the paying customer can see, the restaurant had NO good reply. When we asked for any written proof for the curry-only rule, e.g. on restaurant menu etc, the restaurant had NO good reply. Then how do know if I ordered curry, the restaurant wouldn't make up some "no-curry" rule?! In the end, the manager and staff became quite aggressive in tone.
The only argument the manager had was that we should have told him that we would use the app before ordering... why should I?! I paid money for a product that the restaurant had endorsed and benefited, why should I expect it not to be valid?! And would the first thing a customer say when eating at a restaurant be: hey I'm gonna use my app for buy one get one?! Have some common sense please!

即刻點左薄餅俾爸爸食叫咗個原味薄餅,同埋呢一度獨有嘅黑松露醬薄餅。黑松露醬薄餅十分之香,完美薄餅就覺得特別香脆。分量很大抵吃!

最後我見到爸爸一路話唔,辣點不知錶到成身都係汗,只可以講辣味嘅選擇因人而異,不要因為去食印度野就覺得一定要食最辣。當值嘅經理同我講話其實呢一個辣,對於印度人來講只不過係普通料。佢哋因為左中國人嘅口味而作出小小的改變,令到更加多人喜歡上印度菜。

今次係同爸爸第一次挑戰印度菜,希望佢下次唔好再明明食唔到辣,扮自己食到!

記得很久之前也吃過一次印度雪糕 Kulfi ($40),覺得幾特別, 故推介給朋友試試。形狀沒有改變,同樣是奶白色柱狀, 又令我想起小時候吃的冰條。雪糕 面淋上香甜的醬汁,有點似雲尼拿醬。咬一口, 如冰沙的質感, 內裏混入不少開心果仁碎粒, 口感豐富。別以它呈奶白色奶味會很重,反而滿有果仁香, 味道不錯,但可惜略為偏甜,感到有點甜膩。

已隔一年多, 再來也同樣令我吃得滿意, 而第一次來的好友亦讚口不絕, 非常喜歡, 餐廳一直保持實力、保持水準, 能成為14-15年度和15-16年度的米芝蓮餐廳推介的確實至名歸, 好友臨走時還發現北角和鰂魚涌也有分店, 問我有沒有無興趣再來一頓印度之夜, 其實……我已走過, 但絕對樂意奉陪, 相信又可重拾它的美味。
