諗起豬扒麵,就會諗起大埔,諗起大埔,就會諗起豬扒麵。大概呢個就係我對東記豬扒麵嘅評價,由以前成日喺馬料水果邊出沒開始,就已經會專登過去大埔呢邊食豬扒麵,由開頭嘅一碗,好快就已經變成淨豬扒,再加淨麵。雖然係滯同埋油膩,但係非常非常滿足。嗰陣時仲係喺熟食中心嗰度食,近呢幾年就開咗地舖餐廳,自從開張咗之後,我就冇去到熟食市場嗰邊食喇,始終新舖呢邊有冷氣,又冇咁逼人,同埋唔使經過街市。講返啲豬扒,啲豬扒完全唔會好難去咬開,每啖咬落去嘅豬扒都會有肉汁同埋豬油流出嚟,其實啲炸雞翼都非常出色,但係奈何我真係得一個肚,真係食唔落咁多。同埋又唔想雙拼,搞到食少咗啲豬扒。淨麵方面,其實佢個作用唔大,純粹叫做有啲湯,有啲麵,食落去冇咁滯,不過記住唔好慳,一定要加錢落腩汁,真係好味好多㗎。

大概呢個就係我對東記豬扒麵嘅評價,

大埔嘅粉麵店一直以來都開到成行成市,百花齊放。熟食中心嘅粉麵檔更加係聚首一堂。 東記上海麵一直以炸豬扒麵作招牌菜,由熟食中心開到落地舖。細個讀書嘅時候經常都會去,因為大件夾抵食,一碗竹筍豬扒粗麵,大滿足。 今時今日黎到地舖,舖頭用左懷舊嘅港式裝修,有鐵閘有摺枱,希望營造出昔日大牌檔嘅感覺。餐具亦都係同往時一樣。 竹筍豬扒粗麵,炸豬扒大大件,竹筍蓋過碗面,大量蔥花再加兩條菜。味道同賣相都看似同熟食中心嘅一樣,只可惜炸豬扒不熱不脆,實在有點失色。一次就可能唔好彩,但係事不過三,我兩個月內先後食過三次,仍然係有同一結果(另類維持水準?),未有勇氣食第四次。 公道啲講,無比較可能無傷害,當你曾經食過熱辣辣好脆口嘅炸豬扒就明白我點解咁失望。唔係唔好食,只係無左昔日喺熟食中心嘅驚艷。 名物還名物,出名快,不過係沉得快(笑)。

公道啲講,無比較可能無傷害,當你曾經食過熱辣辣好脆口嘅炸豬扒就明白我點解咁失望。唔係唔好食,只係無左昔日喺熟食中心嘅驚艷。

墨魚條又係名物,魚漿中夾雜一d墨魚粒,QQ好彈牙,超好食😋!

今日和朋友到慈山寺參觀後,見到一間充滿懷舊風味的上海麵餐廳便入去試一試。環境富有舊香港特色的元素,牆上掛着舊香港的照片,亦將他舊時店舖的裝飾呈現出來,令人有溫馨的感覺。牛腩河粉牛腩肥瘦均勻,份量相當足夠,腩汁配上河粉一絕,質素有保證。配招牌炸物 - 豬扒每碗面都可另外配一個招牌炸物,份量有一隻手掌般大小,炸皮的厚度適中,充滿鹹香味,對愛吃炸物的朋友來說十分吸引。竹筍肉絲上海粗麵竹筍條令人有驚喜,爽脆而有咬口,吃完炸物後再食竹筍可有清新的感覺,令人更有食慾。配招牌炸物 - 雞翼一共有四隻,與朋友分享十分適合,炸雞翼香脆可口,肉質鮮美。酥炸墨魚條充滿墨魚的香味,條內有粟米粒,配上特製醬汁,滋味十足。

和家人晚上到大埔墟,路經了這一間在大埔有名氣的上海麵店餐廳主打炸物,著名的炸豬扒非常大塊點了菜肉雲吞和炸豬扒,菜肉雲吞餡料飽滿重豬肉香,另外炸豬扒非常大塊,炸得軟熟不乾身,這個價錢有如此份量和質素,性價比高家人點了墨魚條和炸雞翼配搭生麵,他們的生麵比起坊間的粗身和彈牙,另外墨魚條和雞翼一樣非常香口多汁,他們的炸物的確是水準之作最後已猶未盡,還點了一下炸雲吞小吃,入口同樣酥脆香口,配搭泰式辣醬惹味十足

知道東記成日好多人等位,今日專登早d去食早餐,點知10點幾去到都已經坐得好滿🫣今次叫咗炸雞翼加雪菜粗麵,粗麵係自家製既上海麵,食落彈牙,唔會煮到好淋,而且好入味😆雞翼更加唔使講,一共有四隻,每隻都係大隻既。而且炸到熱辣辣,外皮好香脆,但d肉仲係好滑,而且調味都啱啱好,唔會過鹹😋😋雪菜肉絲份量都好多,而且雪菜比出面食到既大塊d,味道並比食開既甜啲。以前食過佢既炸豬排一樣係炸得啱啱好,好滑😆麵既份量都比較多,我今次叫咗少麵都食得好飽🤣細食既記得叫佢少麵喇🤣
