想喺香港食到正宗嘅川菜就不得不提“十二味”,由初初伶仃幾間鋪,已經拓展到好多地方都見到十二味嘅影子,隨時隨地都食到香辣惹味嘅川菜😀1. 黑豆花鮮椒魚($138)湯底椒麻鮮香,酸酸辣辣好開胃😋黑豆花豆味濃郁,口感偏實淨,豆花表面同入面都有好多小孔,所以好易入味~魚片爽滑冇腥味,重點係冇咩骨😆2. 紙包菌香小牛肉($118)新品緊係要試試佢,上枱店員先會拆開紙袋,熱辣辣仲冒著熱氣,好有鑊氣😻雖然加咗好多辣椒,但食落又唔覺得特別辣🌶️反而係各種香料嘅味比較出😜牛肉大大件入口好滿足,不過某啲部位會韌咗少少🤏🏻估唔到仲有杏鮑菇,切片嘅杏鮑菇比香料包裹住好惹味😋 continue reading

I was impressed by the Suan Cai Yu (Sour Fish Soup). The fish was tender, and the broth had just the right amount of spice—not too overpowering. The glass noodles added a chewy texture, and the dish was flavorful but a bit greasy.also tried the Pi Dan (Century Egg), which was beautifully presented. The egg was creamy, and the roasted pepper gave it a smoky kick that paired well.To finish, we had Yao Mei Bing Fen (Ice Jelly). It was a refreshing palate cleanser, though a bit too sweet for my liking. Overall, the food was excellent, and the service was great! continue reading

成日經過都想試,星期日的中午有機會去。二人坐卡位,感舒適寬敞。叫了酸菜魚及回鍋肉套餐,有一碗白飯,可不加錢便有一紙包維他檸檬茶。白飯很爛,影響了,幸好酸菜魚,色香味都不錯。魚片大大的,而且滑。內裏還有窩筍及薄片雞髀姑。份量不小,這個價錢合理。回鍋肉份量也可以,還伴著蓮藕片。不過,食到一半就感覺食物鹹了點,飯已食完,餸還有成半。小籠包子,真的是包子質地,沒有特別,但只是廿多元算抵。 continue reading

雖然本人唔係好食得辣, 不過好中意去十二味食下LUNCH. 因為佢連星期六日都會有午市套餐,真係好佛. 我自己好中意食佢地既酸菜魚, 雖然味道同某內地連鎖店唔一樣, 但80蚊左右一大份真係好物超所值, 仲會包埋白飯同維他檸檬茶, CP值係返曬度. 講返個餐, 賣相好令, 好香麻油味, 唔會太酸, 酸菜同萵筍都好食, 魚片好滑, 份量多, 基本上冇骨, 有都係一條半條. 既同埋好中意佢可以揀辣度岩曬我依D食微辣BB辣既人. 除左酸菜魚, 十二味既香鍋餐同麻婆豆付都唔錯, 雖然有少少油, 但都好值得一試. continue reading
