又想食日本菜,搵到呢間餐廳~lunch時間都唔算多人,仲有好多吉位,應該係因為價錢唔算平, 仲要加一嘅關係.麵豉湯唔濃味,有昆布and豆腐粒,都幾好味魚生新鮮,有三文魚,海老,吞拿魚,三文魚子(無腥味,粒粒飽滿),劍魚,日式魚蛋,甜蛋,魚子配料同飯比例都o岩o岩好.不過wasabi唔辣,要落好多先有小小辣.同一般餐廳食到嘅無乜分別,但烏冬上到檯已經淋曬,好友話唔值呢個價錢.整體黎講: 食物質素一般,唔差, 份量適中,但唔值呢個價錢.                服務ok,會主動加水.                餐廳環境舒適寬敞. continue reading

放半天假去辦點私事, 不想在公司附近吃午餐, 去找日本菜時, 找到這家餐廳.點了魚生飯套餐,  很新鮮, 有帶子, 甜蝦, 吞拿魚和必定有的三文魚, 也有一小堆撈了沙律醬, 灑上魚籽的三文魚丁, 飯的份量不多, 女生來說應該足夠, 郤略嫌不夠酸.另特價三文魚腩剌身, 件頭較預期中小, 只有一吋成一吋小丁.  中午時客人不多, 但侍應總是聚在一角, 我揮手良久也沒有被注意到 但付帳出門前, 所有侍應一個一個的向我道別. 補償了我心中的遺憾 continue reading

今日因為約左朋友既關係黎到我人生路不熟既土瓜灣。探完朋友之後,朋友話要同我食個飯先准走,誠意權權唯有應承。佢帶左我黎呢間日本菜,入到去覺得啲裝修幾靚,感覺良好。我地望左陣Menu,決定要2人餐!首先黎既有帶子仔沙律,魚生刺身同埋三文魚親子卷。帶子仔沙律雖然帶子真係細細粒,但佢同出面個啲餐廳唔同,佢有好多粒,唔似得出面個啲得個幾粒就叫自己帶子沙律!呢度份量十足非常好之後就黎魚生刺身,有蝦,帆立貝,油甘魚同三文魚腩。刺身好新鮮,幾好~ 其實食呢啲,都係食佢新唔新鮮,如果唔新鮮~幾貴幾靚既魚都係唔好食。到三文魚親子卷,佢外面用厚厚既三文魚包住,上面有大大粒既三文魚子襯托。唔通佢親子卷既意思係咁?三文魚拼上三文魚子。之後黎既有炸蠔,燒大蝦同埋豚肉野菜鍋。炸蠔好酥脆入面一啲都唔腥,做得幾好。燒大蝦,佢係用牛油燒,好香牛油味,黎既時候已經香噴噴,蝦肉都好爽口,做得好最後有豚肉野菜鍋,有晒粟米,冬菇,蕃茄,豆腐,紅蘿蔔同埋好多種其他菜。加埋湯烏冬,又好味,又健康,非常好。好彩最後都應承朋友一齊黎食飯,唔係就miss左呢個食好野既機會了!嘻嘻~ continue reading

食唔同國家嘅嘢仲有唔同嘅朋友同我一齊去食,今次約會對象係兩個好鍾意食日本菜嘅朋友,佢哋其中一個話有間日本菜好想試,我又唔咩所謂,我地晏晝打電話去訂位,去到唔洗怕無位;)原來我個朋友一早已經諗好左試咩,我地都無睇過個menu就order啦,超快手。冰鮭餐係呢度嘅特別推介餐,侍應話要睇時候先會推出,我地都幾好運喎,哈哈。三個女仔一個餐,一邊喋喋不休,一邊大笑,一邊係咁食唔同煮法嘅三文魚,食到好飽咁走,食到餐好味嘅真係好幸福呀!先黎田園風三文魚沙律,沙律蔬菜好新鮮,三文魚同三文魚子嘅分量好多,每一口嘅沙律都佔滿三文魚同三文魚子,好豐富。沙律又夠大分,其實我諗四至五個人都夠分呀。三文魚腩腹部位置嘅三文魚脂肪當然多啦,肉質鮮嫩肥美,三文魚腩嘅肉帶點鮮甜,肉質細膩入口即化。外皮燒過,令件刺身林得黎有小小脆口呢個應該係個餐嘅主角啦,冰鮭餐裡面嘅冰鮭,其實係冰左嘅三文魚,真係咁大個女第一次咁樣食三文魚,三文魚結冰硬灑好此雪條咁。食落都有趣同新鮮,一條條三文魚咁食,食下又一條食下又一條,凍凍哋嘅開胃,好似party啲finger food咁。之後到燒三文魚鯺啦,三文魚腩刺身咁新鮮,未食都估計到燒三魚鯺唔會差咖啦。燒三文魚鯺炸得外面香脆,裡面剛剛熟令魚油脂既味道保持到,魚肉嫩滑,連啲骨都想食埋呀最後當然唔小得三文魚蟹子炒飯啦,典型嘅日式炒飯,鍾意呢間餐廳嘅用料同分量一啲嘅唔會話細細分咁,都最後一道菜啦,碟炒飯超大碟,並且係每一口都食到蟹子同三文魚,啲飯炒到粒粒分明,好正。我地其實大家都好飽,但係一邊傾計嘅時候食下又少啲食下又少啲,咁大碟嘅飯竟然被我地三個清左! continue reading

那天晚上和女朋友去黃埔,不知不覺左行右行,行行下行到土瓜灣,隨便入了間日本菜吃飯。女朋友見到有(冰鮭餐),即刻雙眼發光。我想也不想便叫了,她一定喜歡的。 先來個田園風三文魚沙律:有不同的菜蔬,配上白芝麻、三文魚子、三文魚再加沙津醬。沙律通常冇乜點錯,但他加上芝麻令到本身不差的沙津提升了。買相本已不差,開飯前吃他特別醒胃。 冰鮭刺身:涼涼快快,又有三文魚鮮味,別具一格,很特別。 三文魚腩刺生:又另一款刺身,燒了小小三文魚肉上,另他有小小燒好的香味,但又沒有燒到全熟。又有生三文魚腩的鮮味。正宗一口兩吃的魚味。 燒三魚旗:燒三文魚已經一絕啦,有魚皮既香又脆,肉質又香,冇失去三文魚鮮味,加多幾滴檸檬汁,更覺芬香。正正正 三文魚蟹子炒飯:炒飯最怕炒得很油很濕,這個飯完全沒有這樣,炒飯和三文魚完全混成一體,加上蟹子(蟹子有生的有熟的有半生熟)散出不同的味道。外邊很小吃到這樣。 這餐晚飯女朋友俾左很多個LIKE佢,我同樣都照俾LIKE。因為今餐吃到不同口味不同層次不同感覺的冰鮭餐。 continue reading
