Lee Garden 經歷幾年大裝修改頭換面,商場景況陸續復常,多間新餐廳相繼登場。近幾個月率先揀了兩間試試。第一間是只聞樓梯響的 四代目菊川,因為看見其裝修告示板足足看了無一年都大半載,終於開業即刻一座難求(頭一個月)。網上訂座每位需要落訂$200,no show先至會扣數。講番個鰻魚飯,主要安排兩款食法:蒲燒一本重及一本鰻魚三吃。名物“一本鰻”就是整條鰻魚,一本重就係一向食開的方法,不過就有整條鰻魚鋪在飯面。不十分大口胃的朋友擔心食唔晒可以點少飯或一個較細的portion。三吃就是額外多給一個湯做鰻魚湯飯。我在日本試過,對於鰻魚飯還是較喜歡由細到大食開的吃法。蒲燒一本重$398,從味道、環境、質量、份量、地點、品牌等等加起來,我認為未算過份昂貴。我已經去過4次,質素穩定,我每次都會額外多點一份玉子鰻魚(正確名稱忘記了),一碟6件,喜歡玉子的朋友應該會滿意。餐廳每席用餐90分鐘,對於食一餐鰻魚飯來說我覺得夠晒時間。當然,如果是為了和親朋相聚傾偈,限時限刻未必是一個好選擇,但如果純粹講食,這店值得一試。

今日到訪這一間日本過江龍鰻魚店,店嘅裝修明亮已富有現代感,而且空間感十足,燈光柔和,10分舒適。今日試吓炭燒鰻魚飯,菊川鰻三吃$320菊川鰻三吃$320呢個鰻魚飯真係正!鰻魚係即點即燒,鰻魚滿有炭火香,烤得外脆內軟,而且醬汁唔會太甜,口感外脆內軟,加上秘製嘅醬汁,或七味粉,再配上日式芥辣和蔥花,味道10分豐富。吃原味已經不錯,但配上各種配料,味道又有別有一番風味。最後配上芥辣、蔥花和湯汁,這樣放湯的烤鰻魚味道更佳,不但有芥辣嘅清香,又有高湯嘅鮮甜,而且冇膩口,正。。

社交平台超多廣告,因為可以預約,唔使等位,而且地點方便,所以試一試。服務 - 主打後生仔女,無譚仔阿E,但亦唔係殷勤食物 - 叫咗兩個set, 一個三食、一個一食,只能話係非常普通咁普通,唔係好食,但唔難食嘅環境 - 唔識欣賞佢個裝修,d檯亦近近地$398+1 一個set, 都唔係貴嘅,出街行行地食飯都呢個數啦,但食物服務環境都只係勉強合格,本身鰻魚飯都好蝦人食,亦唔能夠成日食,我自己就唔會再嚟囉。我唔知呢間野咩來歴,但佢用個日文名好似好有權威咁但都只係不外如是。香港就係咁,就算幾好嘅野嚟咗香港都會因為成本太貴而質素大降。

The food was good, portion size is good but with this pricing I would have expected a better overall package. Ambiance and decor is mediocre, and so was the service. When we arrived, we were told that dining was limited to 90mins. We said we weren’t aware of this when we made the booking and they said they have a sound recording of their phone conversation with us. It really wasn’t a big issue for us, just a surprised remark, so not sure why there was a need to be passive aggressive.Overall, the food is good but the pricing doesn’t match up with the other parts of the restaurant.

本身唔係好鍾意食鰻魚,但又想嚟試吓,結果喜出望外!食物選擇唔算多,都係以鰻魚為主,不過佢都有少量Tempura,同埋魚生嘅選擇。第一次嚟,叫咗一個鰻魚餐,另試吓佢哋,Tempura 同埋魚生。鰻魚真係好好食,燒得好香👍🏻。個醬汁同啲飯都煮得好好味,初時以為條鰻魚咁大條食唔晒,點知連一粒飯都冇剩,食到舔舔脷😋。至於個tempura 食得出食材嘅新鮮,但出嚟嘅效果又未至於好出色。講到魚生,我就真係覺得一般,冇乜味道。
