I arrived at 8.20pm plus yesterday and ordered 2 meals surprisingly it came at 8.30pm and one of the guest still not arrived. And when we finished was only 8.50 pm . Still many guests sitting around . The receptionist and waiter attitude had problem with use of Lee Garden coupons. Maybe they should train their staff properly. If it was in Japan , it won’t happen.Good food but service to improve.

話說今日1支公行lee garden,就搵下附近有咩好嘢食。見到呢間日本過港龍,就去試一試,可能平日晏晝加埋一個人, 唔使等位就入得。我叫咗個菊川鰻三吃,除咗個主菜鰻魚仲有啲配菜同埋一個湯俾你做泡飯,鰻魚煮得好滑,啲汁好惹味,加埋紫菜食都好食,撈埋啲高湯就有另一番風味。一種價錢有三種享受都算抵,座位坐得舒適,周圍個環境俾人感覺好舒服。

Lee Garden 經歷幾年大裝修改頭換面,商場景況陸續復常,多間新餐廳相繼登場。近幾個月率先揀了兩間試試。第一間是只聞樓梯響的 四代目菊川,因為看見其裝修告示板足足看了無一年都大半載,終於開業即刻一座難求(頭一個月)。網上訂座每位需要落訂$200,no show先至會扣數。講番個鰻魚飯,主要安排兩款食法:蒲燒一本重及一本鰻魚三吃。名物“一本鰻”就是整條鰻魚,一本重就係一向食開的方法,不過就有整條鰻魚鋪在飯面。不十分大口胃的朋友擔心食唔晒可以點少飯或一個較細的portion。三吃就是額外多給一個湯做鰻魚湯飯。我在日本試過,對於鰻魚飯還是較喜歡由細到大食開的吃法。蒲燒一本重$398,從味道、環境、質量、份量、地點、品牌等等加起來,我認為未算過份昂貴。我已經去過4次,質素穩定,我每次都會額外多點一份玉子鰻魚(正確名稱忘記了),一碟6件,喜歡玉子的朋友應該會滿意。餐廳每席用餐90分鐘,對於食一餐鰻魚飯來說我覺得夠晒時間。當然,如果是為了和親朋相聚傾偈,限時限刻未必是一個好選擇,但如果純粹講食,這店值得一試。

今日到訪這一間日本過江龍鰻魚店,店嘅裝修明亮已富有現代感,而且空間感十足,燈光柔和,10分舒適。今日試吓炭燒鰻魚飯,菊川鰻三吃$320菊川鰻三吃$320呢個鰻魚飯真係正!鰻魚係即點即燒,鰻魚滿有炭火香,烤得外脆內軟,而且醬汁唔會太甜,口感外脆內軟,加上秘製嘅醬汁,或七味粉,再配上日式芥辣和蔥花,味道10分豐富。吃原味已經不錯,但配上各種配料,味道又有別有一番風味。最後配上芥辣、蔥花和湯汁,這樣放湯的烤鰻魚味道更佳,不但有芥辣嘅清香,又有高湯嘅鮮甜,而且冇膩口,正。。

一間我幾乎每次去日本都會食嘅鰻魚飯店,如果係飛東京嘅話,坐飛機香港返嚟之前一定會喺機場食埋個鰻魚飯先上機。今日心血來潮想食鰻魚飯,第一時間諗起菊川,走落去銅鑼灣Walk in睇吓有冇位,好好彩等左唔夠 5分鐘侍應安排到座位俾我,一個人坐4人枱,爽呀! 坐低叫咗個 名物一本鰻三吃,等左10分鐘就到啦,好雀躍咁打開個蓋見到鰻魚燒得好靚,但係食落口感覺上今次嘅鰻魚比第一次差咗好多,皮無咁脆,肉就紙咁薄。究竟係我唔好彩定係同日本店既鰻魚唔同來源?點解可以差咁遠。

今日心血來潮想食鰻魚飯,第一時間諗起菊川,走落去銅鑼灣Walk in睇吓有冇位,好好彩等左唔夠 5分鐘侍應安排到座位俾我,一個人坐4人枱,爽呀! 坐低叫咗個 名物一本鰻三吃,等左10分鐘就到啦,好雀躍咁打開個蓋見到鰻魚燒得好靚,但係食落口感覺上今次嘅鰻魚比第一次差咗好多,皮無咁脆,肉就紙咁薄。究竟係我唔好彩定係同日本店既鰻魚唔同來源?點解可以差咁遠。

As I couldn’t finish the whole eel myself, I opted for the Hitsumabushi set, that allows patrons to enjoy the half portioned grilled eel 3 ways, either as it is, with condiments or with broth poured over in “ochazuke” style.

I also ordered an unagi spring roll to try. Unfortunately, both the spring roll and the hitsumabushi set were served lukewarm.

Also, the eel over the rice wasn’t at all plump. Whilst grilled over binchotan, the charcoal aroma was hardly present. The sauce was mediocre at best.

垃圾服務,垃圾安排。得58個位但係只有4個Walk in。明明講明遲到15分鐘唔准入,但係個reception不停打俾啲客,遲過15分鐘照俾入。一路唔通知我哋Walk in嘅應該唔應該等。直到我哋發現,Walk in嗰啲永遠排唔到有位。安排混亂,reception 發夢一樣,服務團隊軟皮蛇。-味道歉有用要差佬做咩?最重要最重要千祈唔好諗住喺日本餐廳供應日本鰻魚。睇清楚張卡片,上海同日本嘅飲食集團,改個日本名魚目混珠。最後掉頭走冇食實在太勞氣。

作為一個日本炭燒鰻魚愛好者,一聽到有日本品牌喺香港開,即刻冲去試食。門口知客有禮、整體環境舒適:跟有禮嘅服務員點咗平時喺名古屋成日食嘅”三味"。鰻魚外脆內軟、有炭香(最重要🥹),我認為依度環境、menu、味道應該係香港入面最正宗之一👍臨走嘅時候,喺”炭燒位”打卡,師傅都要”chok”  吓,依排應該慣咗俾人影😂 Overall 雖然唔平,不過知道個牌難出所以預咗,同埋下晝早落埸食得有少少急,但可以唔使飛鄉下都食到日式炭燒鰻魚,真係值得間唔中去止下癮😛
