To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣唔好所以係商場搵食，見到呢間日式居酒屋裝修好似唔錯。兩大兩小，安排咗個梳化位，侍應好細心，俾咗一個大 cushion 我小朋友坐高啲一睇個裝修同埋餐牌，都覺得尖沙咀嗰間好似，原來係同一個集團，不過金鐘呢一間燈光比較暗。幾鍾意呢一度，有好多爐端燒嘅蔬菜：蓮藕、菇、蘆筍、山芋。佢個炸厚豆腐，炸得超級脆，豆腐又滑，超級好食👍🏼👍🏼仲有每次去爐端燒必食嘅鹽燒金目錭，雖然等嘅時間比較長，但係值得的！估唔到星期日都有happy hour買一送一飲 sake & high ball。呢一度絕對係落雨天、炎熱嘅夏天嘅其中一個選擇。最重要係仲有免費泊車。
