Got there at 7.05pm, ordered 8-10 dishes including the chicken and roasted pork. After they put our orders in, the manager came by and told us the Chinese roasted pork was sold out. I don't get it? What do you mean by you sold out? We specifically told you that has to be served. I was so mad and was about to leave. After knowing the reason behind why we had to have roasted pork, the manager made sure the kitchen fire it for us.

All the dishes came at once before the pork cause it takes an hour and 15 mins to make. The skin on the chicken was grey and the meat was tough to chew. The stir-fried egg white with crab meat was tasty. We also ordered the 2-way fish but one of them was unimpressed due to overcooking the fish. Didn't wow me and it's overprice judging by the quality.

Will not return.

呢間野幫襯咁耐都知佢d手法低裝 ,唔識前面某個reception 知客,包你等餐𡁏!而且一早預先訂大枱,也是坐門口多人出入的位置,所有食客都可眼望望令人食都食得周身唔安樂!呢間收費又唔係平,都唔明大枱一張生意額成一千幾百,點都無理由坐門口啦,而細檯得果百O蚊生意就舒舒服服坐窗口及人流較少好位置!至於食物方面,比同區酒樓係會較細緻,不過多油炸野,連义燒包也是用油淋淋炸法,不太健康,其他炒粉面飯價$也是同區較貴!所以食物我會比70分!佢未算突出,只是不過不失!最無理由就係個reception 咁唔公平! 操控大權,必無要不會再幫親!

為了跟媽媽慶祝生日,我同佢去咗彩晶軒食飯,我點了個紫蕃薯浸豆苗,豆苗十分鮮嫩,跟紫薯的配搭出奇地好,鮮甜味互相輝映,牛仔骨煲十分入味,黑椒味濃郁,不會太辣,牛仔骨非常鬆化,不會太韌;不過略遜一籌的是太油膩,當牛仔骨煲與雜菇一起,菇吸取所有油分,難以入口。

早前聽朋友話呢附近有間酒樓吾差,見當日傾盆大雨無周圍走,就近近地試左呢間,又等得耐又一半半,完全吾值得等禁耐。。如果食蒸籠既點心刀仲可以接受,但炸嘢就完全失望。如果想既價錢其實刀仲有其他更好選擇!!!

滑嘟嘟的腸粉皮沾上好味豉油、中間咬落卜卜脆又鬆化、內心是軟綿綿蘿蔔幼絲囉!

好彩集團旗下的酒家,只試過好彩海鮮酒家,故知道新開的現崇山商場有彩晶軒,特別去試一試。可能是新開的緣故,星期日下午二時去,等了一小時才有位。看點心紙,有很多名稱特別的點心,不少都想試,但由於同行人數不多,加上要顧及他們的口味,於是點了以下七款點心:老爺子古法馬法糕嫩摘瑤柱豆苗餃黑椒醬皇金錢肚和風沙律魚柳卷蜜餞即製煲仔叉燒包吉列脆蝦漢堡仔黑松露北菇燒賣皇前三款都是傳統點心,賣相與味道沒甚特別,如果喜歡吃這類點心的,還是可以一試。至於其餘四款:和風沙律魚柳:可能是新鮮炸起,上枱時仍很熱,咬下去也很鬆脆,只是餡料卻讓人失望…一條春卷內,9成是沙律醬,1成是魚柳,吃時只覺滿口沙律醬,魚柳嘛,不仔細咀嚼,還真吃不出來。若魚柳能多些,這款點心應更能名副其實。蜜餞即製煲仔叉燒包:以煲仔上的叉燒包,外型有點像生煎包,小巧的骰。因為是煲仔上,包和叉燒的熱度比一般叉燒包熱,咬下去時,不會覺得包和叉燒微熱,叉燒的味道和口感也因而較好一些。但因為這款點心的做法有點似生煎包,故也會較蒸的叉燒包油膩,不宜多吃。 吉列脆蝦漢堡仔:可以說是迷你漢堡包,夾層餡料是蝦餅和生菜,是四款中最特別的一款,惟兩個包一大一小,一深

和風沙律魚柳:可能是新鮮炸起,上枱時仍很熱,咬下去也很鬆脆,只是餡料卻讓人失望…一條春卷內,9成是沙律醬,1成是魚柳,吃時只覺滿口沙律醬,魚柳嘛,不仔細咀嚼,還真吃不出來。若魚柳能多些,這款點心應更能名副其實。

蜜餞即製煲仔叉燒包:以煲仔上的叉燒包,外型有點像生煎包,小巧的骰。因為是煲仔上,包和叉燒的熱度比一般叉燒包熱,咬下去時,不會覺得包和叉燒微熱,叉燒的味道和口感也因而較好一些。但因為這款點心的做法有點似生煎包,故也會較蒸的叉燒包油膩,不宜多吃。

吉列脆蝦漢堡仔:可以說是迷你漢堡包,夾層餡料是蝦餅和生菜,是四款中最特別的一款,惟兩個包一大一小,一深一淺,影響了賣相。包,不熱,但幸好還不至於凍;蝦餅倒是不錯,外脆熱內鬆軟,味道和泰式蝦餅相若。單吃蝦餅,也值回票價。

黑松露北菇燒賣皇:被同行者選為七款點心中味道最佳的一款。新鮮蒸起的燒賣,單看外觀已覺不俗。小小的黑松露放在頂層上,吃時能吊起燒賣的味道,而蝦和肉的比例也均勻,口感相當好。

吃過彩晶軒數間分店覺得不錯,這次他們在黃大仙新開幕也來捧場一下。分別來過兩次,一次飲茶一次吃晚飯,水準依然保持得不錯,而且它們原有很多的招牌菜式這裡也有,比起其他分店來說這間對我反而算頗近的。地點不算難找,其實地鐵站一出走大概 5 分鐘就到了,不過是新商場,所以可能大家不太熟悉。進到商場人流不算很多,因為不算很大型的商場,但來到彩晶軒門口卻非常的多人,飲茶也有人在排隊等位,想不到開張不久已有不少客人支持。這裡裝修較簡約時尚,和平日的華麗風又有點不同,不過環境依舊寬敞舒適,檯與檯的距離適中,一點也不會太密,算是非常不錯。先說點心,其實和觀塘分店很似,我們兩個人點了三款點心和一個炒飯,炒飯非常大碟我們也吃不完,最後當然沒有浪費地帶走。這裡的炸物真的做得不錯,一點也不會油膩很乾爽,吃完才發現原來點的數款也是炸物來的,但每款也好吃。先是吉列蝦餅漢堡仔,哈,其實一口是吃不完的。蝦餅外層香脆內裡彈牙,配上沙律汁和生菜,是很西式的吃法,惹味又好吃。之後是芋蓉蘋果金沙球,這個其實可以當它甜品來吃,香滑的芋蓉加上酸甜爽口的蘋果球,味道配合得來又挺開胃,不會有很膩的感覺。最後的點心是脆卜卜蘿蔔腸,腸粉皮雖

之後是芋蓉蘋果金沙球,這個其實可以當它甜品來吃,香滑的芋蓉加上酸甜爽口的蘋果球,味道配合得來又挺開胃,不會有很膩的感覺。最後的點心是脆卜卜蘿蔔腸,腸粉皮雖不算超薄但很滑身,內裡包著的是米網皮和一條條蘿蔔絲,米網皮填脆口,咬下去真的脆卜卜的,蘿蔔絲很多而且很爽口,味道一點也不會太淡,非常不錯。。

我們點的是黃鶴樓煙花揚州炒飯,不是普通的揚州炒飯,用上較名貴的材料櫻花蝦,所以吃的時候有些脆脆的口感,而且味道非常香。炒飯炒得乾身,材料份量亦很足,兩個人完全吃不完。

剛開張點心的水準也沒問題,難怪也一直見到人在外面排隊呢。

而晚飯這次我們就比較多人來吃,有七個人,所以叫的食物也比較多,下面還是長話短說好了。

先叫了兩個前菜是我每次也會叫的,就是滷水黃金豆腐和蜜汁火方麵夾,前者豆腐做得非常滑身,而且仍保留到豆香。後者是中式三文治,麵包夾著一片金華火腿,再塗上蜜糖,金華火腿的鹹香配上蜜糖的甜,是非常的配合,真的每次也會點來吃!

之後我們叫了六個小菜,推介的是黑松露蟹肉炒菊花蛋,一來到黑松露的味道已香氣四溢,用上阿拉斯加蟹肉吃下去味道鮮甜,雖然蛋不是炒得超滑但整體味道是非常不錯。

另一推介是千島醬香芒蝦球,這個也是每次必叫的,千島醬加芒果汁酸酸甜甜很開胃,外面有一層薄薄的炸漿,蝦球咬下去亦爽口,是很少會令我失望的菜式。

之後我們還點了士多啤梨骨和什菌炒安格斯肥牛,前者醬汁調較得不錯,又是開胃醒目的菜式,不過略嫌它切得每一件細了點,令口感較遜色。後者是很穩陣的菜式,牛肉煮得軟腍而且挺入味,用來送飯是幾好的選擇。

最後就是點了兩個蔬菜類,分別是腊味炒芥蘭和蒜蓉豆苗,他們的膶腸很香很好吃,芥蘭亦炒得鮮嫩,也是沒什麼大問題。後者味道上不會有問題,因為是很基本的菜式,不過是晚的豆苗就差了一點點,好像炒得有點過火了呢。

大家吃畢以上的食物又是捧著肚子走,有些菜式不錯有些就仍有進步空間,不過始終新開張我想還要點時間令運作更純熟。但整體問題不大,而且價錢挺相宜,飲茶每人不用一百,而晚飯每人大概大概也是百多元! 我覺得算是很抵吃而且有些食物真的做得不錯,會再來光顧的!
